“He claims that I am very independent, and that doesn't make things very easy. And he's been giving me just little sentences and phrases and numbers and such things that I'm supposed to repeat as I get them, to try to help to remove my noise input to the communication.” (Interdimensional Communication - Miranon Speaks | TC #58, 2025-05-02) Reported communications, read as such Everything about Miranon comes from recordings made in Monroe's lab: what SHE said in an altered state and what Monroe, other Explorers and later compilers said about it. The recordings offer no independent way to verify who or what spoke, or whether the level descriptions are accurate. Monroe's own stance was to present the tapes and let listeners judge; introducing Explorer 9, he invited them to form their own conclusions. Notice what he says he does not know Miranon marks the limits of his own account. He says that explaining his progress shows how much remains ahead of him, that he cannot find the right word for how the levels relate in space, and that there are things he is not allowed to tell. Statements that admit gaps are easier to weigh than claims to explain everything. The Explorers describe their own interference

The files are candid about noise. SHE's contact says at one point that she is blocking him. TC says it was not at first clear who was present, and describes repeating the short phrases and numbers Miranon gives in order to remove personal noise from the communication. For Explorer 9 Monroe stressed that each Explorer reported without access to or knowledge of the other's communication, a basic safeguard against contamination. The colors are a map, not an exercise Miranon's levels describe what Explorers reported; they are not themselves a technique. You do not need the colors to use the Gateway program, whose exercises are built around Monroe's numbered Focus levels. Daniel Erickson's booklet sets the seven colors against the Focus levels with diagrams, and works best as a companion to the Explorer 6 transcript. Names and spellings vary Transcripts and captions render the communicator as Miranon, Miron, Mirin and Meridan, and SHE's in-session name as Leona, Leana and Liana. Most variants come from automatic captions on the videos. Search with all of them, and confirm spellings against the Archive.org transcripts. Expect rough audio, and listen in order
Monroe told listeners that the Explorer 5 recording was made for the file, not for sound quality, and that it would raise more questions than answers. A workable order is Explorer 5 for the first contact, Explorer 6 for the levels and colors, Explorer 13 for the question-and-answer sessions, and Explorer 14, The Brain and Higher Consciousness. Cautions inside the sessions In Explorer 13 the communicator says SHE should not enter very deep spaces or work with this material at home. Remarks about her physical condition in the early tapes are session content, not medical guidance. Treat the tapes as laboratory recordings made with monitors, not as exercises to copy alone. Who is Miranon? Miranon is the name of a communicator who spoke through an Explorer coded SHE in Robert Monroe's laboratory in the 1970s. He first appeared in Explorer 5, when a presence speaking through SHE gave the name in answer to Monroe's request for a way to identify it. Miranon describes himself as a consciousness on level 46 who once shared a distant existence with SHE, later became separated from her, and began to reach back after being told to gather the parts of himself that had separated. The Explorer series gives him several tapes, and other Explorers also report contact with the name. What are Miranon's seven colors?
