Use the sources and your judgment

Guides and AI answers support research and exploration. They can contain mistakes, omit context or misinterpret a source. Transcript wording and timestamps can be inaccurate. A citation shows where an idea appears; it does not establish that the claim is true. Check important details against the original material.

Descriptions of experiences, altered states and historical research are not guarantees of results or individualized health advice. Follow the original program’s instructions and do not use listening exercises while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Source material and ownership

Linked recordings, images, documents and publisher names belong to their respective owners. Availability through an archive does not grant permission to reuse or redistribute them. Check the original source’s rights information. We do not claim ownership of third-party material or endorsement by its creators.

For a rights concern, email the relevant page URL, the material involved and information about your relationship to it. We will review the request.

Fair use of the service

Do not attempt to bypass request limits, access private source material, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. Do not submit sensitive personal information in questions. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse or protect the service.

Availability and external sites

The site and answer service may be changed, limited or unavailable. External websites and embedded players have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We do not control them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
