this is Robert Monroe with another report on tape from our Explorer files our Explorer this time is Maj a psychologist with the background of some 25 years of personal counseling among other things she has learned quite well the process of oral communication while in the out-of- body State and is very lucid in a reporting also this is a good demonstration of the role of the monitor in much of our research effort here is Maj reporting on a meeting as it
ismer asmer um John asmer some kind of a power plant plant electrical power Earth yes in Oregon asking if he can remember the dates born Oregon what was his full name osmer what osmer ask him at what time of year he no amember very good ask him what it felt like to die in November in November 1946 ask him what like he died of a heart attack and um it was he felt like he go on and then when he began to pass over to the other side

detrimental way and John has been attempting to communicate with this kind of circle of plane then ask him from his perspective that he has now from his Viewpoint that he has now is there a way that we can generate electricity very simply without level of crust this can be activated by the Rays of the instrument has seems to be shaped like an ice cream cone large of down 200 ft into sun strikes inside of this cone shaped instrument there is
a this is very puzzling to me because personally I don't know anything about anything like this so I'm just describing um I'm seeing a kind of um a aligning inside of this cone-shaped object the cone shaped object is in some kind of heavy metal and this lining is a lighter spins it's activated by the sun and it on the side of of this heavy metal cone there are all sorts of little welded hooks hooks they Loops holes that are like
um they have some cables extending out is the point of the cone into the ground or the open end of the cone the point is into the ground and the open end is out and it has a reflector on the around uh what is the angle of the cone off of the center line of the cone what is the angle 35° ask him if the angle is important he said yes what would be the best angle to use then 28° very good then what is the outer shell cone
iron very good and what would be the lining it's a different kind of material than I it's it's let me see if I can understand it it's an ratio 7030 30 is a 10 very good fine what is unit if I knew something about this it might be easier I just feel so absolutely blank but I'll listen all you report based on like relative temperatures between the Earth Cent Earth crust where this is gone into 200 ft or more into the Earth and

now he kind of um it's like he he gives the impression of um well you know I mean well like uh everyone here knows that there's a a a he says we don't talk about religion um ask him if he understands better the energy by which uh you communicating now well he says he certainly understands it better because when he was on the Earth plane he was not open to such communication um but he says he has much to learn in this area he was really attached to his
work um he made his work almost to God uh and so he built up his next his next realm um has to work that out and uh then move on to another place where he can develop more artistic sides of himself in another place where he can develop his spirituality higher but that his what he's saying is that our our um attachments are preoccupations with certain aspects of existence predetermine where we go what planet we work on what our main
activities of of um well I guess he refers to it as a level of confusion um uh a level in which many spirits many entities are kind of Trapped um are able to communicate with both sides somewhat but not uh with any expertise or they can't really be helpful to anyone it's a I guess it's he says it's what we talk about as the astral plane um where no real work is done it's just kind of an interim but when one is in that interim
feels well he says it it feels partly um not too far from the way one felt on plane very good does he expect to return knowledge he doesn't have any expectations he's in a place where he um he's not he says he's not one of the planners whatever that might said all he knows is that there are like hierarchies um of hierarchy says he's met Messengers you know people that are more are not people entities that are more highly developed
than he but he really isn't very clear about all that well then ask him this other thing that when he was on the planet Earth did he attend college oh yes he attended College ask him where he where he attended and what graduated 1928 I can get his poly either he doesn't know or I'm not getting it clearly all I know it begins o oh Odon may just be Oregon I I don't know good and there you have an interview with a John osmer who died in November

non-physical way your friend's name is moment for but Hans has been with me a lot of the time like whenever I seem to be in a real Spacey place he takes my him yes I ask him then uh how he feels and what he thinks where he is now he really doesn't think about it experiences and he is connected development ask him if there is a difference in his perspective as to where he is now than when he was on the physically oh yes he says there an utter
lack of trying where he is now then what is important ask him that he feels about Earth life existence here it's a um it's like a testing ground a Proving to work out our karma in a more effective way than in um he says as far as he can understand and he says too um like so many of the other entities over there that um he has much to learn but he is at a higher level of development than the than the gentleman we spoke to
before um he lets me know that but it's not with a sense of Pride or anything statement um he says that originally we all the Earth plane was put together as a kind of amusement just a game the perfect Energy Creator says it wasn't um an accident it concept very good I ask him uh if if from his perspective uh he can uh perceive patterns that will take place in our he um says yes and then he tells me right away personally
um that certain patterns have been hidden from me others have been given to me very clearly we'll have to interrupt here because this is the end of this side of the cassette and we will resume with Maj and Hans on the other side so simply pick up your cassette shut it off turn it over ask him U if our understanding of brain mind from his Viewpoint where he is now accurate well he says um there are different approaches in the
Earth plane to the concept of brain mind um some are accurate than others but that man has more than one mind has one brain but it has more than one mind and there's a human level mind that we usually think of as our analytic mind that the brain itself computer that's interesting he says that the um the human brain has within it a composite of experiences that extend beyond the life interprets the higher mind knows the
higher mind is wise touched with the wisdom but the the ordinary the everyday human mind is The Interpreter of the information that is stored in the brain that sometime man may discover a way to tune into that Storehouse of information just like it has been discovered a way to tune into the stored memories of a lifetime lifetime he says it will be a natural evolutionary process that will go along with the um some of at
brain by forceful harmful some of the heavy drug usage particularly sometime create a Aion the current uh shortterm even long-term human memory um and lesion is something that I mean it's like a leakage so that some of these things would leak through but not in a in an organized um sensible fashion creating apparent psychotic um attempting to cure these psychotic helpful but more gentle that particularly in terms of drugs he's talking
about um well just a kind of gental understanding um patience the kind of reaching out to the person on healed and in the case of psychotic episodes it's more useful to the individual to heal over further because if we allow the patterns say in an in a more normal brain if we allow the patterns to spontaneous spontaneous wa in which the stored through he says this work that we're doing now is one way of tapping into that
information amen he coming in to join us in this man is a well like maybe what a hunter would have won hundreds of years ago he's got on kind of a leather suit no it's a leather it's out of a long vest and it's on top of another shirt and pants hair I asked him who he was and he said he was another guide on the same plane hun his name is Minon I guess that's the same one we talking about I don't remember if that's the same name
minerton mhm no Min Min Min that's what he said Minon fine ask him if he has a specialty in were he says he has an interest in them in the outdoors and things to do with the land and conservation he doesn't know if that's a specialty or not he kind of Chuckles about that well that's a pretty good specialty yes ask him if you understands the uh basic needs of growing of plants for that he says sometimes he can communicate with
sometimes he can put humans in touch Spirits how does he do do that he has a way of getting out so the human feels a pull toward the plant he says that's why there are some people who seem to know exactly what to do in the growing of plant does he know of any ways to help the plant grow any better the plant needs fresh clear air sunshine and of course water but it needs another quality a kind of a recognition of its consciousness
