like that don't you? I came out of the Adriatic that's that's a squeezed word. Adrian's attic
Bob Monroe 00:37
so anyway what in the world can I do or say tonight that would be helpful
Bob Monroe 00:51
did I say that? Yeah. Save it for tomorrow night. Well, this is the night I think I'm more or less
supposed to get you back on the reentry rock. Or you could never mind that stuff
Bob Monroe 01:14
maybe I should have a half a cup of coffee maybe that well. Oh, it's there. I can't divert this at
all.
01:27
Well, I've written a couple of paragraphs I'd like to read you might help you while you're
drinking your coffee and get it over? Thank you
Bob Monroe 01:43
Do you like my British best? All right.
01:52
In our passage, through history, we all encounter influencers. Sometimes, that's sometimes
people whose contributions to us outdistance words. Too often we part without saying a single
thing, even a single thanks because even our finest words are inadequate. This
acknowledgement of being now is in this category. Through your books, through your tapes,
through this seminar, and hear each night in person, you have performed the amazing task of
bringing to light my imagination and my curiosity you have really ignited my love for an interest
in this present life. And in this world of Fox, you have pushed me to reconsider everything you
have inspired me to reconstruct consider living at my full potential. You have presented a god
of the light and permission almost without uttering his name. In addition, you have provided a
method that actually works when looking through your telescope that once done is outperform
your claims for every hour you have spent every dollar you have invested for every idea you
have followed and for the 1000s of unseen struggles you have faced and that for which we
have benefited it is with sincere and deep gratitude. Right Thank you
Bob Monroe 03:46
if I needed humbling that's very nice. And I do need it I'm very full of myself as you can have
it's an old phrase sometimes I feel very into what you did trigger what I'm supposed to talk
about a night and that helps
Bob Monroe 04:20
you read beautifully and I thank you so much for brought up the past because where you are
now on where I am now, one minute ago is fast. Therefore, we must very seriously and very
happily and use it for a joyfully consider where we go from here. Let me perhaps then
immediately go about where we think we're here. To put it that way. We're always dealing in
probabilities and possibilities that I've been getting about. And the deeper downstream that we
get. probabilities have to be possibilities. And somewhere beyond that, they're even less than
that. Our probabilities are at this moment. And I take it from the personal level and work
outward. My two projects at this point right now, personal funding, of course, the completion of
the new book. And I have been, I'm, I'm just as great procrastinators, anybody else, perhaps
even worse, I can think of a good reason to wait to get a word processor, and then maybe that
will do it. But all of my journey is taking a very, very interesting form and turn parts that you've
heard this week. I expect to complete that, because it now has solidified. So the only problem
now is to write it is not nearly the problem as the other. And you, each of you, in your way, has
contributed to ultimate journey in your own NBC way, and I don't know whether you recognize
it yet or not, but we will certainly after SuperPhone have a better idea. So, that is my personal
project to get that to the point of delivery, which is about on the 29th of March, on that order. In
time for Fall publication, may the seventh The Institute will be entering a three pronged
Research Program, the first of the year, which, again, is not my department anymore, the
operation on it. But me on the board, I will certainly help guide it. But all of you in your way, I
trust will be participating in some of the research that will ask gateway graduates to do certain
things in their area. And even if it is as simple as filling out a little card and sending it back.
One of the greatest problems we have is that people in turn, who in that sometimes divergent
process of reentry, become so active that we may not hear from them for five years. And it has
happened and they have been have made and the gun that exponential curve that I talked
about so much. And they just can't be bothered with small details like statement. That's part of
it. So we have always, and once you remind them and they say Oh for goodness sakes, I'm so
sorry that I didn't do it that there is no I had intended to do it tomorrow and something so
anyone who has an effective way we have decided perhaps even a postcard a week running
through the mail. So don't have to open up just look at it says hey do remind people to do this.
But part of that research program infers that we get a high return a response from Gateway
graduates. And it requires no more than three minutes for example, checking out a little form.
And the form would be so encoded that only I gateway graduate would understand it so it
doesn't make any difference. Going through the mail or whatever. Upcoming also is the biggest
project of the institute. And I'm mostly of course involved in that and that's H plus. H plus is
scheduled for emergency a year from now. And what is h plus h plus envisions the concept
that anything that can happen once can happen twice. Anything that can happen twice is
trainable and leaving every momentous activity event that in which a human has participated
or demonstrated, that is a tremendously wide latitude ah plus and visions, the idea that
because of these total trainability in human consciousness, that has to begin with the
individual, of course, and that if one begins with small and simple, simple, particular items of
learning, that's somewhere downstream in that learning process. That this whole critical mass
of learning bits and pieces and applying those bits and pieces, a point is reached where a hit is
critical mass. And that whole consciousness snaps together like that. And you say, Aha,
11:44
or Oh,
Bob Monroe 11:46
and you reach this age plus total state. Now, what that is, and how long it takes each individual
to reach that, there's no way of knowing at this time. Some may reach it, after 50. Sessions,
not here, but in their own self directed session, some after 500. But we think that inescapably,
this will take place. And we're saying no, what will take place? How would you describe that
age plus? Who has a total control? Over these basics, their physical body, their emotional self,
their myths? What are we saying takes control? Don't you see? This is the big cogent question.
What takes control? When we say taking control? It can't be the left brain, it's got to be
something more than the left brain can't handle it. What are we talking about that takes that
that emergence control really is? Who is you? Who are you? If you become h plus? That's the
question. And it'll be fun to find out. Are you God? By comparison to this human consciousness
that we understand or think we do. That ah, plus might appear godlike. You want to walk on
water? I suspect an H plus could walk on water. You want to manifest whatever I think an H
plus or could do. So or in other words, where do you get to the point of saying, That's not
deification that's just being something different than what you are now. That's what I've been
trying to tell you in a very polite way is that you stand up and shaking hands instead of
posturing. H plus is an epitome of that. And that's what it's all about. Whether they were the at
least we're going to start the process. And in starting it, there are certain patterns, there will be
all gateway graduates or will be queried to see if they're interested in that and an initial test
group that makes a commitment that says yes, I will do this wherever I am, I will work with this
particular tape process and reporting that that is wherever you may be, you will be queried to
ask if you would like to be a part of that initial pilot test group.

He asked me, plus
Bob Monroe 15:25
I try something more than human as we know it now. See, there have been demonstrations to
this all through man's history. Let's, let me give you an illustration of how far along we are on
that. We have very modestly stuck it in here, but it's not in this program. But within our catalog,
a an HP 10 series that when people are used it properly has been fantastically fantastically
successful. That is a part of the H plus program. Let me give you an illustration of the early
testing that we did in a gateway of that particular program.
Bob Monroe 16:19
Just fundamental are 10 encoding procedures that were learned. One of them was six, strong
quick, and six, strong quick provided a momentary ability to have tremendous strength and
move very rapidly. We tested this over in the dining room. And after this encoding process,
which took about three sessions pretty exercised, we had a woman try to lift one of the dining
room chairs which are similar to these and where they're both and she was able to get it out
this way. You get the encoding. Next day demonstration was that we had a man who was not a
big man. Not Roy, he wouldn't have been right about you say he's bigger than you're saying.
So that doesn't mean more muscles. Anyway, we he could lift the chair like this with me in it
with me and just barely off, just lifting like this, just barely off the floor, you get the encoding,
and he could lift me up this fine. That's based, for example, on that old thing that in an
emergency, a mother has incredible strength to lift the car off of her half crushed child occurred
once twice, trainable. And it is right. That's the beginning areas of things that you're playing
that control factors of the human body. Let's talk about self control first, where h bas will work
very assiduously at teaching on how to control their metabolism, so that a handful of rice will
provide enough nutritional value for 24 hours just to add enough caloric encoding. That's all
you need. If that's all you got, that's all you need. For us, the other side of that coin is and all of
these have flip sides that works. Let's do over the other side. And over here, no matter how
much you eat, you will gain over
Bob Monroe 19:06
all of these are, are under the supervision of our professional membership and a lot of the
methodology is coming from them. And from our Explorer group, in the sense that I need to
take the credit nor the blame. If they do or do not work with it. This is a consensus from
hundreds of people that is beginning to put each of these into an operational mode. And that
consensus says of the things of which I speak can take place and well. And you now must
know quite well. The capabilities of what you sitting here could do given the right tool. I don't
think there's any question I can see Do you say what are the tools? Where's the horse? Toys?
Fine, I like that. That's an that's a sign of maturity
Bob Monroe 20:17
so once we get into this age plus program I and there is there is no, there is no determinate
into it, there's no it is a part of one's life, the rest of one's physical life and beyond it is a thing
that the training system goes on and keeps expanding. So there's there is always a and it will
not and I will probably will not take place here, except in some very special type of session, he
will be flowing outward to probably gateway outreach, and the gateway network. And most
