Follow the first encounter, the changing speaker labels, and Miranon’s own description of levels.
Miranon enters this collection through a conversation. Reading the exchange in sequence helps distinguish what the Explorer perceives, what Monroe asks, and what the transcript attributes to another speaker. That is a useful place to begin before approaching the larger cosmology.
Explorer #5 opens with SHE describing a point of light. Monroe asks the Explorer to experiment with it. The early exchange is tentative: a perception is reported, a question is asked, and the participant tries to describe what follows.
The transcript later uses the label ENERGY-BEING for a new part of the conversation. That change is part of how the source presents the experience. Keeping the labels visible lets you follow the account without deciding in advance what caused it.

Later in the Explorer #5 transcript, the speaker labeled MIRANON says that he comes from level 46 and describes 21 levels associated with physical existence. He groups plants, animals and incarnated human beings into sets of seven.
This passage introduces the vocabulary that later discussions develop: levels, groups of seven, and communication across different states. The numbers belong to the account being given here. The passage establishes what the speaker reports, rather than an independently measured structure of reality.

MIRANON: I have been watching. And I feel there needs to be some definition of where I come from. Leona is unsure. I have told you earlier that I come from Level 46, and that in the physical world, there are 21 levels. You have the plants that we put in 7 levels —7 is the number of the universe— and you have the animals in the next 7 levels. And you, as you are incarnated now, are operating in the next 7 levels. After you leave normal consciousness, you can penetrate into other levels. For me to speak I have to bring Leona into the next level and I have to cross into that level also. But I can feel that it is a strain for her body. I mean her only good. And on the levels I am operating on, I am working with ways to heal, not only in the first 21 levels but in levels that others are in beyond physical consciousness. I said to you earlier that there were 7 evolutions the Earth would go through, do you remember that? The Earth is now in its fourth evolution, and I know that Leona has been wondering
Explorer #6 continues the discussion through descriptions of a vortex, physical awareness and changing vibrational states. Both the historical transcript and the edited version preserve a contrast between levels 21 and 22.
Their wording differs. The historical text uses the label EXPLORER (SHE), while the edited passage begins with SHE. Reading both versions shows why a quotation should remain attached to the specific document from which it came.

EXPLORER (SHE): ... I was in a vortex of some kind; I was caught in 22. Level 22 is not physical in any way; 21 can be either physical or non-physical, depending on where you choose to focus your energy... I have a wave of thought... I just had the number 18 come into my head... and the sense that is behind that, the one I am receiving, is that that is the number on which I am focusing, but that 21 is more of a total transcending —and yet, an acceptance of the physical form— but you can transcend it if you want to... (inaudible) When you said 22, I became the blue light, and it was a very slow-pulsing wave. It was not moving very fast. And when you said 21, the whole vibrational state changed. It was rapid, and yet, standing still... it was a much higher vibrational state —I wish I understood more about vibrational rates—

SHE: I spin on a ….it’s almost like a vortex that I was caught in…..twenty-two is not physical in any way, twenty-one can be either physical or non-physical depending upon where you choose to focus the energy. I have the….I hold the thought like….I just had the number 18 come into my head and the sense I had behind that was that’s where I am focusing. But that 21 is more the total transcending and yet an acceptance of the physical form but you can transcend it if you want to. A pain to my body. When you said 22, I became the blue light, and it was a very slow pulsing wave that was not really very fast. And then when you said 21 the whole vibrational state changed and it was much more, it was like rapid and yet standing still. It was a much higher vibrational rate. I wish I understood more about vibrational rates. And yet it was on a physical plane which 22 wasn’t at all. And so 21 was much faster, but there was an awareness of the physical form. And when you said 20 was when I really noticed what was happening to my body because the virbrations slowed some and I became much more aware, of my voice, and the sound of the tape, and of your voice, of the physical things. While before I had been more aware of the energy. It that makes any sense.
A useful first reading follows three questions: who is speaking, what do they say they experienced, and which version preserves these words? With that context, the discussions of levels and guidance become easier to follow.
