nonverbal communication, because that's what all of us is. And and NVC is a very, very important part of that perception. By that you words are local customs. And you're getting out of other local environment. And there are other means of communication of information available to your thoughts are things really are. And this is what you're being exposed to, is the, what I call this M field of energy, which is not physical, but has its language all its own. You've all encountered dream material, that is a definite pattern of activity. And you try to understand and quote, interpret your dream. From my perspective, that is this other method of communication, trying to get something across to use that word. So repetitive dream? Absolutely. I have to say here. Oh, I'm saying, oh, oh. And those are where he go. Oh. Fascinating. And also a lot of fun as you get into it. Because the moment you know, you're getting so far past any barriers of fear, you will have some left, of course. But then that, that freedom from the fear, let you go out and grab these things. As you know, they won't bite. Yes, sir. 18:16 Because a lot of experiences that I've had that similar to the ones we've had, and I could go, you're focusing on Bob with this business, so I guess I'm okay. What's the difference between a lucid dream and antibotics? Sometimes if I'm in a lucid dream, I'll recognize the fact that I'll say, Well, my body is back and the bed and the scene will change. And I'll feel like a rush of energy. Can you tell me what might be Bob Monroe 18:48 the best definition I can give you is that those who are lucid dreamers indicate that focus 15 in his true state in his raw state is very much like a lucid dream without all the induced illusory material. And the you can blow it away as we're losing ribbons, it's part of your dream environment and you can discard it. The fundamental difference, absolutely without equivocation is that you can't do it in the aftermath. You can say, Oh, you're not there because the answer is, comes back. But oh, yes, I am. If you want I'll show you. 19:43 Is there a is there a non physical are the non physical entities that work with the Monroe Institute they might be available to help somebody develop something like this or guide them? Bob Monroe 20:06 That's that we put a loose label on that. And we call it the organizer. I mean, could I ask for the organizer? All you got to do is ask. 20:20 You were in New York, working in radio Bob Monroe 20:24 yesterday, remember? 20:25 Was there ever orchestra up there called the Thompson Bob Monroe 20:28 Thompson and Thompson not that I know of life, which was, 20:35 I woke up one morning and just as clear as a bell, one of the, you know, older radio voices came on from our studios in New York. You're listening to the Thompson and Thompson orchestra. And then this Glenn Miller kind of music came on. I remember that used to work up there as I thought maybe you might remember. Bob Monroe 20:56 No. That could be an interesting interpretation. I can't know, our orchestra was not we call it a new Davis in his orchestra when we had to use a formal name. And Lou is one of our non physical friends awkward. I don't know that he's part of the organizer. He's off playing with music most of the time. That's as close as you see this is this. Maybe I could do something that would answer some of your questions a little bit. That means I don't get to drink my coffee. Has anybody got one more question? So I get 21:54 one of the Michael there brought that to the scanning several of us called mass green to the future. Mass dreams of Bob Monroe 22:06 the future math. Ma, th, ma SS. Oh, all right. Oh, yes. I have not seen it. No. Sounds good. 22:16 It's a compilation of some not past life, but future life. Scenarios taken from hypnosis Bob Monroe 22:29 sounds pretty good. Is that a book as 22:31 a yes thing thing is that he gets a consistent pattern of events out of these future lives. What seems to match a bit what Joe was talking about? Bob Monroe 22:50 What was you're talking about? 22:51 Well, we kind of geological changes or you Bob Monroe 22:55 sneak up on you Mike Beth 23:01 Rubin discussing this Bob Monroe 23:05 a little bit. Once you save to Lauren, I, you have a question about that, 23:10 what we get is a fundamental questions about whether whether as you look into the future, various means, you get a pattern and you get to get a bit of a story. Then you look at the present and and you can say well suppose the President makes a shift or some sort of major shift then if these people were given a hypnosis treatment, or look into the future again without future change the past and future Bob Monroe 23:42 we played with this some years back and what we what we found out disturbing enough that we did Bob Monroe 24:01 we use this because some of this was 10 years ago we were into a lot of trying to get determining factors in in going into out of body regressions and stuff like that and we in order to practice for it. Do we do we do any of the time we'll stuff you anymore in that program? I didn't think he did. Bob Monroe 24:45 But what we did we learned we did a system where one could go back and we what we did we one of the reasons that what we said let's think about this some more before we go practice. So we did this in, in a focus 15, where one could rotate forward or backward in time. And we got into a little question about that, because one of our non physical friends, we had a long discourse about this and said, well, and we brought up this particular point, if, say that the here is a woman who is in a mental hospital, because she had some traumatic incident as a little girl. And that was, what it was, it had something to do with her. I guess it was older brother, engine, and but they couldn't get it out of the hypnosis or whatever. So what happened was, then we got a hold of this came, we knew the brother. That's how this came about. And so we suggested that the brother brother and 15, rotate back in the wheel and see what he could find out. And what he found out was a that he had, as a whatever age six year old, who knows, head ahead, I don't want as a real snake or a toy snake. But it frightened his sister, little sister was a snake was eventually caused her deterioration, this pattern. And so we had a quite a discussion at a non physical level about could he go back and clean up his act? Because he couldn't in the out of body state go back and piggyback that six or seven year old kid that he was. And, and you can do that, incidentally. And you can really do it very effectively rolling out of 15. And going back, it's a lot easier than you think. And you feel that you're right, actually of piggybacking and looking right over this left right shoulder of you as a six year old. And it's very interesting, because you get all the feelings along with a mature another. Your Honor, another self you don't eat old you are and your are not. That's what I'm trying to say. So we're getting this question about suppose you could go back and piggyback that six year old and prevent that six year old from doing the snake act with his little his little sister. And the question brought forth the responses. Yes, indeed, you could. And we could go back and stop this from happening. And that would in turn, that was the question, well, then what happens? It says, Well, that would adjust the future. If you went back and did that, and cut out as it were the snake act with your little sister, then she would never have had that psychotic break that put her in a hospital, you might never have Bob Monroe 28:14 the type that actually got rid of that. Meaning it's bad enough when you really get into the art of it. But when you attach it to this deeply into time spacing, it gets totally very, very, I've some have been so much involved in this and finally had to accept the fact that in the out of body state and have all still call it that. And I think it's better to call it a failed state now that I can go back in time. 10 100 1000 so many years if I so desire. And I found myself engaged in an activity that needed required the doing of that, to my great astonishment, and it's ridiculously easy. There's a technique that you learn that is going out of phase instead of just this way you are this way and then that way and rundown and targeted. I don't know whether Joe told you or not in his remote viewing that. He we spent a year teaching him to be proficient out of body. So he go to a location in the out of body state. And in remote viewer did he tell you about this so that he could do a comparative study? Did he tell you about going back in time? Yeah, okay, so you know that we have a lot of fun with that particular one. Just because we say well, I wish you would go go back to 69 ad, and he comes back out of the forest comes out with this. Well, that'll take a few minutes can't lose it but And there's something that's so that you will begin to understand you you now you can understand you much better. I talked about the thin layer you did I? Well, I guess I didn't if you didn't see what
