I think they divided up the cognitive skills to cognitive skill training and central integration techniques. So if you don't hear that change will be paid. So make sure you look, if you want to go for that, if you incorporate with your essential integration techniques. So that's a word. And it makes it easier for the physicians because it gives them no label for it says synchrony Sync will say rolling some sensory integration technique, and they write it. So that pretty much covers it. The one thing we have not, we don't even individuals, we screen out those who have had a history of seizure disorder, because of just to, I believe it was written in the documentation, which are just as a conservative, making sure that nothing happens. And my question is anyone out here that incorporates since the individuals who are currently on tomato or syndrome just want a medication? Yeah, 1:15:05 I use it in a lot of patients that have had no one seizure disorder never had a problem. The reason it's on there is the lawyer suggested it's actually kind of interesting speaking to our neurologist, because my own intuitive hit on, you have a membrane stabilizing effect, you're hitting me synchrony. And my thought was to try and use it with headphones to stop actively seizing patients, as opposed to one of our neurology, but it's a really cool idea. So let's do a study, you know, we're going to hit boats with people seasoning, and are y'all going, Wait a minute, you're thinking of putting me in that study? That's a great idea, you do it. 1:15:49 Along that same line, I worked with a number of children whose seizures are totally uncontrolled by medication. And they are children who what we see is sensory input from the environment acting as a trigger to the seizures. And these are kids who seizures have gone way down with using Hemi sync just with a boombox. In fact, one kid actually went somewhat toxic on her medication, because her body no longer needed that much. So I think that you know, I think it's very, very valid. 1:16:30 Yes, I used it on again I have the power to the feedback I think that was a warning from codec simulation. For the simulation, and the have insurance, that was completely, but most was not not involved. Because that was great. Thank you. Yes. 1:17:26 Yeah. We're, you know, we get asked, Can you work with this person? seizure disorder, I don't know. But that's why we're here. So now, we have some more information. Standing. If somebody if you wouldn't mind, just let me know who you are, I'll check you off, I can use you for all the references on that. 1:18:01 Page, to be honest, like your design was something that could have been 1:18:06 the wrong thing to them, this isn't 1:18:10 something that has 5% or lower of auditory trigger that you're trying to protect, again, the easiest way to protect against that is just have somebody get to the point where if they're going to have a seizure, what would be the first time and after that, you know, that you're in the 95% interest, and I've been lucky enough to say, it really 1:18:43 takes about I have worked with children where I think it does increase the seizures and not necessarily just on the first time. Well, I usually have families do and if I'm going to use it, I asked them to really keep a record for a month or so before to get a good baseline of the seizures and then we'll start using it and ask for anything that's different. And one of the things I find is that with some of the kids who can you know, handle their own that kids will tell you they'll go over and turn the boombox on and but I think it's something that you really want to watch and not make generalizations. I think it definitely does reduce seizures for some people, but it certainly increases funny stuff and seizures in I've seen it in several everybody's their own. 1:19:46 Do you notice anything different with any relationship with I guess how long you play the Hemi sync with what the occurrence are incidence of seizure is the pediatric population I have a patient that I added to their medication 1:20:30 Okay, well at least it gives us a place to work on with close monitoring. We just we just eliminated that altogether until we came out here and asked your, your insight on that. Any other questions? Thank you so much for inviting us out here.
