building and new manufacturing and selling things and so forth. And the chief executive officer
comes in says, Well, we're implementing starting on one January, no smoking policy, no
smoking within the building policy. And so then, six months go by a year go by and the CEO
calls in the personnel manager and ask the personnel manager, well, how's it going? How are
things here? In the company, now that I've instituted this non smoking policy, and the first
response, usually from the personnel manager is well, absenteeism is down by this much, and
our health care benefits are increased by this much and, and finally, with all these numbers,
and so forth, and so on, the President says no, I mean, how's it going? I mean, you know, how
things go on with this. And so the personnel manager goes out, and he's gonna have to do
interviews, he's actually going to talk to people to say, well, you know, when we instituted this,
what was your reaction to it and push myself? Oh, well, it's horrible, you know, I have to go
outside to smoke. And then I decided to give up smoking. Now the first dose, I really love it, it's
really working great, and meeting the audit new friends. And I really love coming to work here,
and so forth, and so on. So there's all these subjective experiences that people had in
response to this. And that's what the CEO of the company was asking, is, how are the people
doing with this policy, not the numbers that you can crunch together and, and tell me I made a
good decision based on crunching these numbers together in the lower amount of insurance
costs and the absenteeism and all that other stuff. And so there are now mechanisms for
looking at this qualitative concept by going into the narratives. And then there's several
wonderful computer programs that are out where you can go in highlight people's comments,
and then the computer will make comparative analysis of the different comments that people
make and you can come out and begin to get a picture in sort of chart form in some way to say
this is the way that genuinely the people are feeling in the company about what this policy is all
about. So that's what I wanted to do in terms of exploring the healing regeneration center, not
how many people can Do it does Hemi sync change your brainwaves? But when you go out
and you experience this thing called the healing regeneration center, what's happening? You
know, what? What's that all about for you? And is there some sort of universal or collective
opinion about that? Or do we all make up our own individual realities and templates? You
know, is there a concept of a collective unconscious opinion here? So I proposed this to Lori
and DAR. And they said, well, we want to know, too, you know, I guess it was a good question.
Yes, there are some interest in finding this out. So what we're going to do then is look at
different parameters of where these people came from, how old they are, what backgrounds
do they have, and then look at the experiences they have, and make some comparisons to see
if there's any differences there. So the first thing we're going to look at is, of course, is the
person's application. When you come to a program here at the Institute, you put down you
know, how much schooling you had, what programs you've been, to, how old you are, where
you're from in the country, and if you're taking psychoactive drugs, and things like that. And so
we wanted to use those to try to understand what was going on. And we invited people, our
most senior experience people to come to a program called BX 27, or beyond exploration 27.
So what we did was we took members of the BX 27 program and put out questions to them as
to what was going on in your experience. But before I get into that, because we use a very
unique way to ask them the questions. I want to get into the background of who these people
were. And it's sort of curious to me to look at this chart, because
22:05
of the not everybody answers all the questions. And it's really sort of interesting, because, I
mean, look at this, across the age that you know, that's fine, you have this big, this, these guys
don't know how old they are, right? But the biggest chunk of people are the 40 to 60 year olds,
and that's sort of important to notice. Lots from North America. 8087 people, two years, 87
people two years. across six or eight different BX 27 programs, eight vs 27 programs.
Education is very interesting to me here. Look at how highly educated the population was that
came to this? And that's an interesting question that we're going to ask later. You know, the
people that have these spiritual experiences, if they were just educated, they would know
better than have these experiences. And so we're going to ask about that a little bit in the
Kovarian analysis. Here, here's some people that don't know how smart they are down here.
And again, the genders, you know. It wasn't a difficult question, you know. I can understand
where people don't know whether they're married or not. And I don't know, I didn't break this
out into male females, you know, like, claiming whether they had any children or not. But it's an
interesting look at the population of people who come here. And I get asked that when I go out
and do conferences, well, what kind of people show up here? And so this is an interesting say,
Well, you know, 40 to 60 year olds, huge thing, highly educated group of people that wind up
here. How about any medical background that people have here, I was obviously interested to
see whether or not there was going to be any serious medical problems that cause people to
have spiritual visions, spiritual ideas about the afterlife. And so I had to ask the question
upfront, what is my population look like here? How about, you know, taking psychoactive
medications or people in psychotherapy? So that kind of gives you a picture of the kind of
people that arrived here. And, you know, in about 20 minutes from now, when we get through
the data, then we'll take this template and lay it over the data and say, Is it making a difference
where you come from, on the data that you report about lifestyle choices here are the mind
training techniques is interesting people that come here are in fact interested in, you know,
asked. So the mind control, sometimes in their background, different kinds of programs,
they've gone to a tee. This is an area of lies, I think down here.

There's questions about daily exercise. It's like saying, Yeah, I think I exercise one day. And I
remember there was a day I did that. And given our current sociological atmosphere, a lot of
people are quit smoking, you know, once a week they quit smoking. So you can understand
how some people didn't know whether they were smokers or not dependent on when you ask
them. But again, we're going to take these and lay these over the top of the questions. Now, I
need to tell this group something that I don't usually talk about. We wanted people to give
narrative answers to their questions, rather than push them too much into the concept of was it
this? Or was it this? Or wasn't this or was it bad? Because we didn't want to be narrowing our
field of exploration, you know, was it red, bright, red, white, green, blue, or yellow in the healing
regeneration center? Where what if it was none of those? You know, we still want to know. So
we tried to get people to do narrative answers to their questions. And the way in which the
questions were asked were interesting, in within my realm of experience in psychic
phenomena, but usually outside the usual context of the way you would do questioning in
survey forms. If we were to bring everybody together afterwards and say, Okay, did you have a
wonderful experience? Okay, now, what we want you to do is we want you to answer this
question. The question is, describe the color of the human regeneration center? Well,
immediately the people start turning to each other and say, Well, mine was purple, mine was
yellow. Really? I thought my maybe my was little gal, too. Yeah, it could have been Yeah. And
you start to elaborate and change and convert, and modify your answers and develop some
sort of dynamic about that. And if we asked you the question beforehand, before you went into
the exercise, you're liable to imbue that with your favorite color, I really like yellow. So my
healing Regeneration Centers yellow. So there's this conscious wishes, desires and concerns,
as well as sort of an analytical kind of understanding of what goes on. So we decided to do
something a little different, we put the questions to be answered in a sealed envelope, and
said, the question that you'll be exploring in the healing Regeneration centers in the sealed
envelope here, so go out and explore, and we'll collect your answers back. Now, obviously, the
trainers did a little bit more more talking and briefing about what that concept was, and a little
bit background about how this really does work. You know, there's a huge body of knowledge
on blind targeting and the concept of remote viewing and psychic performance. There's no
reason why you can't go out there into your experience, knowing that you will provide the
perfect answer for the question in the envelope. And then because the answer, the question
itself, was going to be exposed to aid groups over a period of two years, we couldn't open the
envelope afterwards and say, Oh, look, we asked the color and you've said yellow. We couldn't
do that. Because we didn't want people talking to each other over the phone or so. When you
go there. The first question is the color you know. So we couldn't open the envelopes either.
So it was sort of frustrating. And so we engineered one exercise where we did open the
envelope for the people. But there were other ones where we didn't open the envelope. So we
had these 87 people for two years did not know what the questions were until I ran the data
through the system here in came back and said okay, in response to question number one,
which was in sealed envelope, this is what the group said about that. And so that's what my
next button pushes here to look at the first question we put people to, I'm going to analyze their
answers based on different word meanings based on symbols, you know, like I saw this
wonderful rose and the symbolic nature of what is To rows mean, or I saw a birthday cake,
some of you familiar with what's the guy on TV, John? John Edwards. And he talks about John
Edwards is a very popular guy who talks to dead people. And he's got a wide following and TV
now. And he talks a lot in symbology, which I think tends to go towards his validation. Rather
than saying, Your mother says, Have a nice day at your birthday party or something, he will
come back and says, I'm being shown a festive party atmosphere is something happening, is
it? Well, yeah, my birthday is tonight, you know, or something like that. And so there's a lot of
symbolism in his form of communication. So you're interpreting different people's symbols. And
then the little story they tell Well, I'm, when I was there, I went over here, and I was taken over
there. And then we went to this. So different forms of looking at what people wrote. And this is
where the time is involved in this kind of research, is reading and rereading and rereading, and
rereading again, all the questions and all the answers and to develop what kind of program you
put in the computer to go look for. So in the sealed envelope, these people had been
adventuring out and venturing out in a sealed envelope was the question, or the directive, find
that putting a directive in there, instead of saying, Hey, what's your name? We say, describe
the healing regeneration process. So we were looking to people to go to the healing and
regeneration center and have an experience there. Here's our question in the sealed envelope,
which you won't know for two years. And what the answer was actually used to describe the
