tne thinas... after I rised in 12, I went where I ususally ao...
and to leokback on the experience of breathina, I ....when I was
doing that breatning stuff I established an enerqy balloon... several
of them...put them over over our new house, one over my parents house
and,..one around., me like vou said and from that I went into 12...
I aame, well I call it a game it's not really, he's talking but w/out
any appearance...I sense he's there but I canot see him, he doesn't
y me to see getting rid of my inhibitions, but I did'nt know
what he meant by that...and I found myself in this black void, like
unable to leave Rer=- move or do anything,..and I asked whe--h94 him,
that I didn't understand what he meant by cettina rid of my inhabitions
«se-l don't understand where I am right now, my eneray is apparently
not soina to be developed more than it already has until I allow myself
to be more me... allthe time... and I don't... and he says there is
going to be a time when I really am qoinag to...at anvtime during the
day be able to communicate w/ him and not just hear & the lab...
and go to other places..it also made the comment that people are makina
this higner level of consciousness or his level of knowledce or much!
too conplicated it's not that complicated,,.it's there it exists..

of yourself..it's kindvou have to constantly have to be in tune w/
yourself,.gryvina to fiqure-hew- out who you are.. picking up thoughts
of other people and being aware of them..it's.. steps to qet over
there is pretty much being free enouch w/in vourself ot knock down that
barrior..

jca starting to tell people that tt's a search of the mind it will
do what's it's capable of doing..rather than telling people that
it's possible to go out of body..leave that up to them, they'1l1 tell
you the mind, the search of what the mind is able to #o.. wanta find that
out and wnat there mind is able to do in a very non-treatina way
atmosphere relax them, and then as they oo into deeper and deeper levels
of relaxation they become more aware of the mind and there travels
90 places and sees things becasue it wants to see things, because it
doesn't like seeing emptiness and void..secrets thinns...but

and the mind actually creates places to qo thinas to do, whether
it be on this earth, or in out of body travel...and the fact that
they are people on other earths other nlanets, is because there minds
wanted to create sonethina to give them exercise to see what they would
do to feel what it would be like

jca sure, I ..the name cf it is city in the sky it's not in this
universe it's out side fo it..it's very pretty pretty buildinas, very
bright no planets no vegetation...there's something really strange
about this city it's very pretty and pleasine to the eve ...it finally
dawned on me that there weren't any people around or thinas that I could
see and I asked him about it and he said - the sprits-hay-- of thowe
bodies have abondoned this city..they had achieved their coals and they
got board.../ that city and they ahondoned it

the earth on untdédmate ultimate peace has been achieved on earth
