2776. Experimenting getting in and out of various altered states, I found one in particular, that as I get
into it, my body flushes with heat. And that heat subsides. And so I get out of it, I seem to be able to
return to it pretty much at will. Also from the beginning, the pink noise that's on sounds almost like a am
radio tune between channels you can hear strains of conversation and music and so on continually in
the background, which is a phenomena that I haven't heard in the pink noise for some time.
Occasionally, as the as I get into another altered state, the sound of the binary beats, well become a
single long time the beats will well, like merge to a single tone. That seems to be a very deep state, and
I only stay there for a second or two. But for that very short time, the the beats are just as loud as they
are now or the tones are just as loud. It's just that the beats merge. And I was playing with that for a
little bit. I have made some not very extensive efforts of communication with one or two takers, but
nothing of consequence. Yeah, I thought I had better report in to let you know what I had been doing.

to be crowded. Whereas before no one seemed to be home now. It seems to be such a great number

string, a very long series of places, people, events, circumstances, but none of which I've seen
particularly related to the next, they all seem to be independent and unique. And as long as I've tried to
keep one steady and in focus and not let it go to another, it seems almost by itself. Very shortly, I will
jump to another set of circumstances. There do seem to be entities willing to communicate in these
various realities that seem to be going by. But we haven't really had a chance to establish the
communication on a very meaningful level before it's interrupted.

We won't feel their blackness as much as we'll see it. Because we'll have our inner strength and energy
that it won't make us feel that gloom. But we won't be able to stop seeing it, what can help us see it, we
won't be able to help but feel empathy for people that we won't be drawn into that depression will feel a
lot of depression, feeling kind of depression around. And it's gonna be weighty on us. I'm wanting to
keep up.

And the first thing I got was that you got to stop smoking, for sure going to be needed in your strength is
going to be a key for motor exploration. Because we gain energy from that we gain insight into that
much stress for the right track. Communities are already being formed because of our energy, energy
that passes through us and between us as that community it's not already she

way. Otherwise, we may separate ourselves off from the rest of the world, which is going to be
something we may want to do when we feel that depression around us. Oh, I can't do it. Because our
energy has gone to be used to stimulate people out of depression or out of the balloon.

from them. They don't see themselves as part of the God and the inward people to see themselves as
part of God but contributing to the God Their energy system is part of God. And they're just gonna say
hands but that's not really the right word. They're part of them just living in another in another place and
they will realize that the more they turn inward and have find out the capabilities of their mind whereas
the folks who turn to God don't only think ourselves everything rests in their Gods hands. And those the
people that are COVID come probably more and more depressed.
