I feel like I'm ready to come back sudden I noticed it before that it was like a flash. I before that I didn't notice, you know, that was dark in here. 40:32 They're a surprise because it's just like a flash of light that came on here is weird. Hey, how are you? 40:53 Okay, I'm caught up in an A feeling of wasn't feeling my body just couldn't want to contortion and that a body contortion like I was crippled. 41:49 And, and I felt really, really strange. And I felt all muddled and befuddled and I didn't know where I was and what was going on. And then I realize that, that's and what teaching would be very Oh, like I was supposed to feel that way. So I really didn't understand it and I some other flashes came through, I decided to go see my entity, and to find out what this was all about. So when I went up, I wanted to just see what I look like. But I couldn't see. And I really tried hard to remember what I was, you know, what I was aware of, and it was completely blocked. I was there with him. And we were talking and I told me I didn't need to, to see to see my body to me. And I could communicate with him just by feeling that way. And you wanted me to he kind of did that to me to initially feel crippled. Or to see that flashback of a lifetime. That's some kind of feeling was like to be retarded but didn't there was something more 43:47 you know? What should I be doing now? And it flashed through about my job. And he said that I should 44:02 be doing more talking with various people myself rather than then delegating that 44:23 and then we decided to travel and we were kind of traveling around just just looking at people in various places. Now that's where I was when you asked me what I was doing. 44:51 I'm not sure the country I just got feelings. I've just several places That, um, we have to, um, do the communication we're doing now many times during the day. And we're living several lives simultaneously. And we had to become more aware of those other lives and integrated into one that the sound that you're using now we've got to learn to communicate with lower sound and adventure without any sound. So it's perfectly quiet. For the sometimes it sound distracts us and takes us away from communicating. 46:05 And more people need to come to the lab, to commune to learn how to communicate. And it's, um, I asked him about the lab itself. And he said, You know, it doesn't matter about what the building is or where it is. But the idea in what's happening should never should never be sold. Yeah, he put me in an avoid, like it was gonna assume pletely as completely surrounded by darkness, and and my mind was just floating. I really couldn't feel a body but just my mind, and to really feel comfortable with being in in void or blackness. Not to be frightened by it, but to get used to floating like that. 47:36 And that they're, they're also higher levels of communication that I need to learn. That I need to be aware of, to pay less attention to my body and more attention to my mind, if I will, or should I and that's why it came about about practicing or practicing but allowing your mind to do that allowing your mind to go to this state several times or many times during the day. 48:27 And communication on January 20th, Wednesday 5:14pm total. You were actually in about 40. Well, no, that was that sounded like I was getting really ruined or getting hurt. And then much more away, well received. I mean, I really felt like you know, He sounded like if he sounded good I felt this morning. I definitely wasn't. Yeah. He sounded strange the beginning of the Hornet with the arm and the arm brought up another rough notes of simultaneous living well. 50:49 I remember three 50:55 I remember him 51:02 saying that I really don't have any other life 51:22 opens up all sorts of planes very much of my activity. The only other answer I had was an open house building business. Did you have any sense of what one of your other lives is? 52:25 Well, Lindsey, you got to do it more. As far as I can see, you're getting to meet you're getting practical patients because of this clarity. Obviously, we're taking that what you're up to your brain because you were making decisions
