that keep her from being really open to this kind of experi- ence. We hope that this will be possible. It will be possible only when she will be ready to step out of herself and to travel in other dimensions. It is only then that the informa- tion can come through, because even if she is present, she often has bits of doubt that keep the soul from coming. But we are working on this and when the time is right, it will take place. --- PAGE 27 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 20 MONROE: One of the reasons why we bring this up at this moment is that we have many things facing us, and that guid- ance is very important to us at this stage, because of the factors that may change in our Earth pattern here that may affect us very deeply... and if we could prepare for such changes it would be helpful. ENERGY-BEING: Many souls are being prepared to understand the changes. You, yourself, are capable, as you know, of tapping into the knowledge and understanding of what is taking place. But it is also helpful when it can come in a clear channel. We work from many directions to help those who are consciously open to understand what is taking place, so that they can assist in the greater work that must take place on the Earth level. MONROE: Are you aware of any significant or important changes that will be taking place on the Earth level? ENERGY-BEING: There are many levels of changes that are taking place. Of course, there are many changes taking place on the physical level of which you are aware of. There is a shifting, a polar shift taking place at this time. The trem- bling and shakings taking place at this time are but a begin- ning. This is important because the Earth is itself shifting into a higher form of consciousness. In order for the Earth entity —it is a live form— to shift into this consciousness, it has to go through this shakedown of those negative forms that have existed around it. All the thoughts of the human beings which they have brought to the Earth have caused great imbalance, especially in areas of concentrated negative energy or negativity. As the concentra- --- PAGE 28 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 21 tion of negative thought-forms grow to a higher magnitude, this affects the Earth, and therefore the shakedown is begin- ning. But, as with all growth, this is important. Besides the aspect of physical shakedowns, there are many levels of energy being projected in the Earth's direction. The Earth is sending out its antennas to all aspects of the universe. Therefore, it is receiving much more attention from other forms of life, and attracting to itself many forms of consciousness levels —in the physical level and in the etheric level. They are studying the Earth because the Earth is like a baby in the cosmos. It has yet much to learn in its emotional level. It is very young emotionally. It is now time for more growth to take place; the shift is coming soon. Those like yourself, and others with whom you have been work- ing are ready for this, because you have been willing to look in all levels of consciousness, and know that it is not just one level —the physical— that is important, but that the multi-dimensional levels of existence are important aspects of life, and Man must be in touch with himself, otherwise he will destroy that which is most important to him: the very most nature of his exitence and the nature of his conscious- ness. Man must come into attunement, not only with himself but also with all levels of consciousness around, in order to go through this shift in growth and consciousness. MONROE: How much, by our time standards, how much time do we have to prepare for this? ENERGY-BEING: The preparation is taking place and has been taking place for many lifetimes. Therefore, it is not a matter of preparation but a matter of going with the happenings as --- PAGE 29 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 22 they come, to adjust and to shift with this shift. You are prepared and have been prepared therefore, and the great test will come as you are able to go with the flow and realize that when the shakedown begins, that this is merely a very important part of its growth. Therefore you are prepared and are working very hard to prepare many, many souls in the right direction. It is mainly the ability of the self to be in balance and to be in tune to understand what is happening because the physical is not the important aspects of life. As the physical breaks down, the human soul will begin to see, and must see that the breakdown is only a shift into higher spiritual understanding. There is no time in levels of consciousness as you know, and everything that you do is important for the next step, and therefore you are doing what you should be doing at this time in the history of the Earth. You are doing the best that you know how and must continue because you are enlightening many, many souls, and must not worry about time. As you are helping souls get in touch with themselves, they are able to go outside of time and therefore that is the only time that is important —to step outside of the time barriers. There is truly no time... Anything from that, I don't perceive anything. MONROE: Experiment with the light. EXPLORER: Now, they are getting closer... now, I am getting closer to them... there is a block... MONROE: Ask them why there is a block. EXPLORER: Their answer is: There is some disharmony and I am not very relaxed... I feel relaxed... (inaudible)... spin out, I don't understand it... MONROE: After about three minutes, the following took place: ENERGY-BEING: How are you? MONROE: I am fine, thank you. I am very grateful that you came. ENERGY-BEING: It is hard to get here. MONROE: What is the difficulty? ENERGY-BEING: There are many layers to penetrate. --- PAGE 31 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 5 24 MONROE: We are very, very grateful that you did penetrate the layers to us. We will help you in every way that we can. ENERGY-BEING: Her (SHE's) colour pattern is very good. We must find a way to help her let go. There needs to be a period in which she goes very deep. It will get easier as the trust builds. There is still a lot of fear. MONROE: I am very grateful for your concern for her. ENERGY-BEING: She is feeling a lot of disharmony. I have taken her to a place where she can rest. MONROE: What would you recommend that we do in regard to her physical condition? ENERGY-BEING: She must work on it herself. It is important for her to stop doing things that are harmful to her leg... It is important for her to start the process of (inaudible) because the difficulties in her leg... Where I have taken her to rest, she will be given words to meditate upon. She has not done the meditation I asked her to do. MONROE: Does she remember the meditation that you did ask her? ENERGY-BEING: I was just checking that myself. I am not sure. MONROE: Perhaps, if you wish, we could transmit it to her at the fully conscious level... if you would give us the instructions, if you so desire, we will then transmit it to her consciously. --- PAGE 32 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 5 25 ENERGY-BEING: It must come from within. She will remember it. MONROE: Very good. I am glad that she will have this she can use and work with... Could we learn about you? Could you tell us about you? ENERGY-BEING: I am working right now on a level in which I have to help people begin to focus in another direction. I am part of Leona* and we have been together. Now it is my job to help her come to that realization. MONROE: At what level are you working from? ENERGY-BEING: I am working now on Level 46. There are many forces there that are helping at this point the people on your Earth. There are many forces there that are working with you. And you have the guidance... MONROE: Can you describe Level 46 for us... ENERGY-BEING: It is difficult to put into your words... MONROE: It is a state of being, though, isn't that correct? ENERGY-BEING: Yes. It is primarily a state of pure energy. MONROE: Where were you prior to Level 46? ENERGY-BEING: I have been in many places. ENERGY-BEING: At one time I was a part of Leona. MONROE: Was that in physical matter existence, here? ENERGY-BEING: Yes. MONROE: Was that in a civilization or culture that we are unaware of? In our physical life here? ENERGY-BEING: I have gone through all of your times. We... together... we were close in Lemuria. Then we were separated. It is only when I reached Level 46 I was told that I needed to get back together the parts of myself that had been sepa- rated. Then I began to reach back and establish contact with Leona. I have been in contact all day. My messages have not come through very clearly, but there has been an awareness of my presence. MONROE: What can we do to help you? ENERGY-BEING: You are helping me now. What can I do to help you? MONROE: Help us understand Level 46 and the other levels that exist between this physical matter existence and Level 46. How can we learn these things? ENERGY-BEING: You are aware of many of these levels. Level 46 is a place of pure energy. We have no identity. ENERGY-BEING: I am sorry, I was distracted. I had to check with Leona. Would you say that again? MONROE: Is Leona alright? Is she comfortable? Is Leona comfortable? ENERGY-BEING: There are some distractions. MONROE: Do inform me if you feel that she should return. We do need your help. And you could help us greatly by visiting us just as you do now, and help us understand more accurately such levels of pure energy and those in between. ENERGY-BEING: I will try. MONROE: All of us will be deeply grateful... At what level, for example, when one passes from this physical matter exist- ence, what is the next level that one moves to? ENERGY-BEING: It will depend on what one is ready for. Normally you would move to Level 22. MONROE: Could you describe Level 22 for us... ENERGY-BEING: It is a time... in which the purposes for which you have lived are brought out and in which you decide where you work up from there. It is a time to begin anew. MONROE: Then Level 22 is not necessarily a level of pure energy such as 46... --- PAGE 35 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 5 268 ENERGY-BEING: There is a much closer tie between 46 and your Plane. It is not a place of pure energy. It is a Place of light. MONROE: What choices or what election does one have from Level 22 ?... You indicated that there was a choice. What choices are available to an entity at that stage, at Level 22 ? ENERGY-BEING: You would have before you a spectrum of choices as varied as the rays of the sun. MONROE: Is one such choice, then, to return to physical matter existence? In this Earth level? ENERGY-BEING: If that is your wish... There are some beings who have to that. MONROE: What is the factor that would force a being to do this? ENERGY-BEING: If there is a mission that he has had that he has not accomplished, he must return. MONROE: Is that his own decision that the mission was not accomplished, or is that decision made for him? ENERGY-BEING: It is all one and the same. There is a knowing. MONROE: From your perspective, is it possible for you to perceive the missions of those of us here?
