EXPLORER: In this reality, as it affects the awareness... as opposed to, as it affects physical matter...let me try to straighten that out... This energy that we are dealing with now is not electromag- netic, it is true. It is not physical in the sense of your physical energies, but it can be used and utilized to change and vary the awareness... and the awareness can be used to change or modify the physical environment. It is not so much that you are using energy to manipulate physical structure as it is that you can this energy to manipulate your awareness of physical structure. For example, you can use this energy to change your awareness of cold... such that you are no longer cold... such that you are warm... Rather than heat the house, heat the man... the man can heat himself by becoming aware of the cold. So it is in that sense that this energy can be used to moderate your environment, by --- PAGE 20 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 3 13 changing the impact of the environment on the individual, rather than actually using the energy to manipulate matter. Now, this is a fine distinction. If you are not cold, you are not cold because you no longer are aware or sense that you are cold, because your room is heated. It seems to make very little difference in the end... EXCERPT EXPLORER (TC): I had two encounters. The first one was an intelligent being not in any way visual. The second was a woman in her late thirties. She seemed pleased to give me a tour of her environment... I asked her if she was in any way familiar with physical matter existence as I knew it, and she was not familiar with it, and asked me to explain —which was difficult; the explanation is pretty much im- possible... I didn't really know how to explain physical matter... so I asked her if it was alright if I came back and that I would... I wanted to leave to report in.. she seemed a little dismayed that I was taking off after having gotten just part way through the tour... but she said «alright», so I came back, which brings us to the present moment... Contact was established with same female. She was quite sur- prised that I had indeed returned. At first, I began to wonder what this intelligence did really look like to itself. Was I just imposing my own image of humanoid female form? We discussed this realizing that I was creating this image of her and could not really tell whether this was her own image of herself or not... she likewise, creating an image of me --- PAGE 21 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 3 14 in a likeness that she was familiar with... and whether these likenesses were similar, mine and hers... there was no way to tell, so we left that question. Then I got an itch of some intensity on my neck, and I tried to explain that I existed in another reality besides the one I was sharing with her, and that I had a physical body elsewhere, and that that phy- sical body had an itch on its neck which was disturbing the focus of my attention. And that is why I seemed to be fading in and out as my attention wavered. She seemed to think that was quite incredible... I don't believe she believed be at all. She just kind of ignored that statement, like anyone would ignore somebody who says an irrational thing... I asked her about her physics. She took me to another place where there was another entity, this one male, and there was a writing surface much like a blackboard —but not a black- board— whereupon he attempted to explain the nature of things there. We had no success at all with his writings. The marks he was making on this surface were totally unintelligent to me. After a few efforts, we gave up and tried to go to pictures. All the time we could communicate telepathically. The pictures were Ok. He drew some pictures, and from the telepathic ex- change I felt that their science, their concept of their ex- istence, and of reality, was in many ways similar to our own, and that they were fixed in that reality. They could not travel out of it, as I had traveled out of physical matter reality. They seemed to believe that they were fixed in their reality and couldn't really travel out of it... I don't know whether they even believe that there was any other reality besides their own... --- PAGE 22 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 3 15 They had a physical science as much as we do, in that the object in their reality obeyed very specific laws... I tried to see if any of their laws were similar to ours, such as gravitation, which was hard to tell. I could not point out what their concept of reality was. All I could do was trans- late into my own concepts, meaning, I did not see them floating around in air, but whether that was because they experience a thing like gravity like we do, or whether that was a function of my own experience —visualizing humanoids not floating in the air— I could not tell... I did feel that they had a basic physical science that ruled the objects of their reality. They did not move things around by thought processes or anything like that... it seemed sort of like an Earth-type physical reality to them, although I don't recognize many of their devices and structures, which seemed very foreign to me. They seemed to be fixed and isolated with these devices and structures. Somehow I appear to them as one of their own kind —whether that is humanoid or not, I don't know— maybe I should have tried to find out where they think I came from, or who they think I might be... END OF RECORDING --- PAGE 23 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 — EXPERIMENT IN MULTI-LEVEL EXISTENCE —NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF EARTH CHANGES EXPLORER (ROMC): It looks like I'm being lifted up in a beam of blue light... the beam is expanding... I am all washed in blue... it is refreshing... I am spinning around and being moved over to another beam... a yellow beam... relaxing... It is all yellow lights swirling around up here... now a nice orange... lifting through the orange... giving a lot of ener- gy... pulsating orange... the orange is turning red... very energizing... like orange and red... Now, two beams together; I'm being moved over to a purple beam... one, nice, calming purple, swirling around... now, all the colours are coming... going around and around... now it is like I am going to hear music... it is real nice music blending with the colours... I am being taken out of a saucer with a bubble top... and I am just floating in these beautiful coulours. The music... I can hear the music... very energizing... The saucer is coming back... I am supposed to get in. I will be taken somewhere... I am on a platform now, standing straight up... I can see a circle of myself, a circle of all aspects of myself in a circle... floating up and standing on this platform... ringing in my ear... someone is working on my face, exercizing my throat muscles... getting me prepared. An Energy-Being enters ROMC'S body. Word output is show and difficult. ENERGY-BEING: We are trying to help her see that she is multi-dimensional, and this is why she is able to see the --- PAGE 24 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 17 great circle of herself, the many forms of herself. It appears to her like many selves extending from a circle and between. We are trying to show her that there are many, many dimensions of one human self. As she can see and understand she is much more than that conscious self that she sees in the mirror or that she experiences in the waking state. She will be much more readily prepared to go into the multi-dimensional levels of consciousness. That is why we are working on various levels and not only the visual... This is very important... to work on the visual... we are working with the other senses as well. As she realizes the light feeling of floating, this helps to keep her away from the heaviness of the worldly self and help her see more clear- ly that she is not tied down nor bound by this physical self. At the same time we are showing her now her human body. As each cell glows, we are showing her that each one is a com- plete universe in itself. A complete universe of great com- plexity, yet at the same time of great simplicity. Within each cell —and there are millions of universes within one human body; just as the physical, so to speak— with many levels of energy patterns within each cell. A soul is aware that its mind and self can be very much in control of the use of the energy within the millions of cells. It is very awe- inspiring, and it is a great sense of responsibility. This is why it is important for the self to stand aside and look at the magnitude of the universes for which it is responsible. The greater dimensions are the many, many dimensions of what we call, then, the energy body, the Universal Self which goes beyond the body which can be seen. And this body is in touch with all levels of the highest forms of energy, and, --- PAGE 25 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 18 therefore, when this body is released in its highest form, in its highest working form, then all the levels and universes within the physical are put into place... with the great en- ergizing and balance between —not only this universal energy body but also the working levels between. There is no limit to what the soul and the self could perform in this minute second of a lifetime. Once the soul is in con- trol and will release the levels of energy in its purest form the human self is capable of the highest... what you would consider «miracles». But they are not miracles. The physical body is capable of appearing and disappearing at any stage, and at any level of existence, in the Earth level and in the higher energy levels, if the self and the soul are in the right communion. Of course, this is possible, as you well know. It is possible for the human body to travel, but it is also possible for the human body to accomplish important feats. They are all combined and connected. But we are only saying this to use an example so that this entity may know and see that there are no limits put upon the human body and the self other than the ones that the mind puts on the self and the body. This is why it is important to change the con- cepts that the Earth level has put upon the mind of Man. Once a soul is aware that there are no limits to the experience and levels of existence within the physical body, then there is a new frontier where all things are possible. The great work that we have to do first is to work with the mind of the human souls. That is why we are now working to clear the mind of this entity from all that which has been put into her, which has limited her horizons. It is no fault of her own, but she feels limited. It is just that kind of thought-form that is sent to her from other thought-forms --- PAGE 26 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 4 19 from the Earth level. It is our main job to work with false thought-forms which hold down the soul in its true release and its true activity. We will help this soul to see herself in the many levels, as she can see and experience the many levels of her own existence. She will then be that much freer to explore the unusual and most amazing universes that exist within the self. It is always our desire to help those who are willing to be helped. All we do is to help as many as are willing to listen and be helped. Therefore, it is not that we are working with one entity, but we are working with the Earth level. There are many of us working to help release those who are caught in the wrong thought-forms on the Earth level. And therefore, we are most happy when anything that we do is shared with all who are interested in learning, and, of course, all who are with you are growing and going into the many dimensions and are learning. Much of what we are already saying is known... MONROE: Is it possible for you to bring in other entities so that we can interview them? Is that possible? ENERGY-BEING: This is what we hope will be possible, as soon as we have cleared this channel of the many thought-forms
