--- PAGE 1 (OCR) --- THE EXPLORER SERIES INTRODUCTION The Explorer Series is a set of twenty-four tapes unique to the Research Division of the Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences. Each tape consists of actual recordings taken during experiments with the MIAS tapes, which explored the far reaches of altered time and space. In these altered states, certain individuals Learned to extend their consciousness into non-physical realms of existence. Monitored by Robert Monroe, the EXPLORERS report from non-physical environments, and communicate thein perceptions. In many instances, foreign, thind parties would enter the experiments to aid in the understanding of thein non-physical worlds. In the case of MIRANON, and many of the experiments with ROMC, a total emergence from one being into the Exphorer's physical body took place, causing definitions and concepts relating to our physical beings to be drastically re-examined. The EXPLORERS ane individuals who have Learned to move into other states of consciousness, utilizing special Institute methods to do 40, and, without the use of drugs on electrical stimulation. Most important, each has Learned to communicate and to report vocakly during such tests. The Explorer is Lying down in total darkness in an isolation booth wearing audio headphones, and various electrodes are attached to the body, to signal physiological states to the Anstnauments in the control room. The following is made up of material taken dinectly from the voice tracks of Explorer sessions held here at our research facility. We offer them without our evaluation or comment, 40 that you can Learn from them as we did, and form youn own opdnion on interpretation of what took place. The onky signal our ExpLorenr can receive is the audio patterns through a set of stereo headphones. We record out of the booth for onal respanses and her body voltages. The code name for this Explorer is ROMC. At the point of this experimental session she had gone through some 32 previous Sessions in the Lab. She 48 gone now, on her own accord, up to Focus 10*, and 48 deep in 10, going into 12... as we pick dt up... ENERGY-BEING (communicating through ROMC's vocal cords): She is always there to observe, to speak at any time, or can always choose to step in other dimensions. It is a privilege to be working with a soul (Mr. Monroe) of your magnitude and experience. You have been a guide to many souls who need to be released, to go into the greater know- ledge areas, as you have done yourself. There are Many ways to go into these knowledge areas, and this is a special experiment of stepping into knowledge dimensions. This could never be done were it not for you, with the knowledge that you bring, and with the great light and confidence that you surround this whole project that you work on. I am working at this time on a dimension within the conscious- ness of this particular being, but as the dimension of this consciousness is opened I will work fully and more freely on amore light-level of consciousness. I have been working with others who will come in as we reach different dimensions and levels. At this time I am able to tap into this particular level of consciousness of this dear being who is interested in allowing herself to be used. I can work on many levels of consciousness; and there are others who come with the knowledge from other levels —we will not say higher or lower— they are light dimensions. As we break through into the various levels it is easier to bring through the knowledge. I am working now on the level where this entity is presently, but we will work together through various levels. There are others who are working with her. I speak in terms of «we» because each time I/we come as a group there are others who are assistants and who will always be there to bring the energy levels up to work. And now, we will step out, and allow her to step back in fully into her own body. It is a privilege... Thank you, dear friend... END OF RECORDING --- PAGE 11 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 2 —EXAMPLE OF RESONANT ENERGY BALLOON —PERSON IN TIME REGRESSION EXPLORER (ROMC): I am coming up now... in my balloon... It is still the same balloon but it has changed shapes a little bit ... it's a little closer around me... it still doesn't touch me... I have enough room to float inside... there is nice breathing space... I'm on top of the balloon now... there is no limitation up there... the balloon has got a little helmet with a 12 on it. And now I'm going to be put through some fast-speed type of programs... I'm going to be shot into different types of objects, of different consistency... I'm being told that, even though I'm being shot into different objects —like into metals, and probably the Earth and different things— I'm going to be completely in control. I'm going to be completely the same... My breathing level will be the same, nothing is going to be changed, even though things outside of me are going to be going very, very rapidly. But inside this capsule —it is like a capsule, now. It has sort of gone from a balloon to a type of capsule— the balloon is still there, but it's like I'm being put into a capsule... So I'm going to be shot into rapid speed in certain areas... I'm just going to see now where I'm going to go and what's going to happen. MONROE: Very good... EXPLORER: It's all... like I can see through like a plastic; I'm supposed to be observing everything I'm going to be --- PAGE 12 (OCR) --- EXPLORER 2 5 doing while I'm gone rapidly... It's going to be rapid but also filled with a feeling of smoothness, calmness, and no fast movements.... Ok... let's see... there is a little incline, and I can see myself lying in there... Ok... it's going to be ignited. I'm just about ready to get off there. Ok... it's like it's gone... all the way now... I feel rapid movement... it's shooting out just like through space now, for a while. I can see things flying by. Ok... it looks almost as if I'm going to turn around now and I'm going to come back toward the Earth... I'm just going to shoot right back into the Earth, where it's not going to phase me in the least... Ok... coming back... I can see the ball... see the Earth... I'm coming at it with real rapid speed... Even when I hit it I don't even feel it... I'm sort of breaking through layers. I'm going through different layers of the Earth.. It's getting a little warm around me, but I'm not warm, though. I'm getting into the center part of the Earth... it's like molten lava. But I'm completely protected, there is no pro- blem. I'm just being shown that, no matter where I go I'm going to be completely protected.
