feeling perception Thank you Daddy, this guy was introverted get the best Calvin thank you for the 34:26 table three things Okay, thanks. Okay, this afternoon was completed by 156 participants, the most frequently occurring type with 47 participants right here is quality level. This is actually the third lowest common profile in the general population, excuse me at 14%. And actually 30% of the daily participants have this particular score. As you can see here, let me explain a bit about what what the numbers in each column means we understand the first column correspond to the left cerebral quadrate. numbers down the second column correspond to the left Allender quadrate. numbers down the third column correspond to the the right limbic quadrant, where the numbers down the last column there correspond to the right cerebral quadrant. Notice here, this particular type who runs the two wars there correspond to the the rights report and right limbic quadrant. And these are preferences. So what this suggest that this suggests is that these people are primarily right brain dominant. Question 36:13 There's also kind of a balancing of 36:20 the two so I have primary preference fail for the mornings is a stronger preference. 36:39 Meaning the second most frequently occurring type here at 18 for the frequency also suggests that these people are primarily in common parlance more right brain type people. Out of curiosity, I did look at people's experiences, who gave me programming people who were telling us more of their entire brain and reasonably people will see a lot of ones like this person here and this person especially, which would suggest that he has a preference for all four quadrants of his brain. And what I found was surprisingly enough, was these people seem to have as many experiences and get as much out of the gate reprogram is just about everyone else. 37:35 Okay, you swish the next table probably should mention too, that these percentages are just approximate around the percent ceiling might not sound exactly 100. Okay, see in this table, there were 121 participants who reported peak and other powerful experiences were 291 Total experiences reported. Are these experiences 23 were similar experiences and 98 multiple experiences, which means that a person just had one experience, if it were single, multiple would indicate two or more experiences. I don't think I had more than a handful of people who have more than three experiences and every resume but the presser had the most experiences, I believe she had six to give you an idea. 38:54 Okay, 20 people are reporting no experiences at all. 90 people didn't return the peak experience questionnaire, so I have no data for them. Our interest is the fact that only two later or negative experiences were reported out of it out of 291 experiences and that says something about the nature of the program. And most people seem to perceive the experiences of the program as overwhelmingly positive and growth producing. Now getting back to the native experiences, even though these experiences are tremendously at the fore of aviation, you might think compared to say being raped or going through, you know, hostage crisis, they're just terrible experiences. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that people don't grow from those experiences, when in fact, that's what happened to the two individuals who had have these negative experiences in the baby program fact one woman was going through a grief situation and she experienced a lot of uncontrollable crying throughout the program. However, she found that the cry was very cathartic when she learned to, to open up and feel and experience emotions again, she mentioned that the deal with the trainers were very helpful in helping her to work through her experience and integrated the other person who had a needle experience was male and he had experienced a lot of you can try and find it a lot of the wrongs that he would apparently inflicted upon others in his life and he felt a lot of guilt about that. And he learned to simply forgive himself and get on with his life and live more in the present. So anyway, that to happy outcomes of these negative experiences. Kind of Table five please Question 41:22 discussed about why some people were pointing out experiences all 41:29 right, I'm gonna get into the table. 41:34 I just thought that was so interesting. And I want to make sure it wasn't missed. 42:00 Okay, the experiences which are grouped or grouped phenomenological under four major categories, which you can see here. I should mention that this is the way I found it meaningful to code the data. And I'm sure if someone else examined these same experiences, they might do it a different way. I found this useful for my purposes, it made a lot of sense to me. And I realized that the map is never the territory. What I simply tried to develop an accurate experiential map of people's experiences. I am more confident than last year, however, that if someone else were to look at the 291 experiences, that their classification system probably wouldn't be terribly different from mine, that it'd be someone different. 43:06 Not going to talk a lot about these things still listed in the large document. If you're interested, you could look at definitions of them, you could probably take most of these at face value, intensified sensory perceptual experiences. There are two subcategories in the VA, Dr. Matt isation experiences you could think of as an increased appreciation, or intensified awareness of external stimuli. It's kind of like you go through life on automatic pilot, and all of a sudden, now you're seeing things with fresh eyes, like with the perception, like the kind of perception a child would have. It's, it's the notion of the cleansing of the doors of perception that that kind of concept. The second subcategories somatic awareness, that has to do with an intensification of internal perception, one becomes more aware of internal, subtle stimuli bodily processes. It's the kind of phenomenon that we encounter in biofeedback, when when researchers or therapists tend to amplify what's going on in the body. Well, these people have those kinds of experiences minus all the electrons to try and engage it. The second major category here are cognitive experiences. And these have to do with every day cognitive processes convergent or divergent thinking creativity problem solving. What happens though is for these participants, their mental skills are enhanced. They tend to think more easily there's more fluid flow of thoughts. They simply enjoy using the mind more. The third major category psychodynamic experiences have to do with experiences Some issues from one's personality or from one's unconscious okay and the fourth major category here transpersonal experiences have to do with a sense of transcendence or the notion of experiencing consciousness beyond the We Are The beyond time and space use a probably a prima facie and can be taken at face value. Cyclical experiences, I probably should mention that I didn't do any kind of collaboration, I took what people had to say at face value if they said that they had a pre cognitive experience, for instance, I'd coded that were coded possibly on conduct. However, it's interesting because you're 21 of them. And people made some convincing arguments if you go and actually read them for Batum report that they were indeed psychic. So 21 is a pretty good number and it may indicate that that the day the program is to some extent solid can do so probably worthy of further investigation. 46:35 taking a sip of water here, Attack of the flame monster if you want, I encourage it this last category here. Experience of consciousness. Actually, let me back up a point here counter experiences that is very interesting. In their own employee experience, the I have never encountered anything like like this in my life is whose janitor Hannity I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing your last name. Are you here? Oh, good. I'm glad to see one of the experiences that I know about your work with midwifery or in birth and so forth, well experienced that one of my participants related to me was her daughter. She mentioned that her daughter, she had this vision that her daughter was going to give birth to a baby boy. And then she actually she could perceive the sex, the eye color, personality, hair color, established at a time of birth. And she mentioned this to her daughter and her daughter, her daughter had even conceived at the time. She said that's impossible. You know, although the whole you know, several weeks later, she found out she's pregnant, everything is really the same sex. It's interesting because her mom had actually gone out and started buying a whole wardrobe for the baby. just turns out that that everything was right on target. When I read that experience transformed me in a way to I fought back on you know, my very strong Catholic upbringing and I thought and maybe this you know, helps in my online help to reinforce the concept that maybe you know, the virgin birth of Christ the Immaculate Conception nobody was really something to it. I just kind of made that connection it's just very interesting that I've never heard of anything like that in my life. I was just blown away by it because we read the next table please. Okay, this is sort of a table for when people's experiences began. And you can see the frequencies down the right column. Appear it seems like what most people's experiences happen mid mid week. People it seems like people start to have a few experiences in the beginning of the week that it reaches a Zenith point that it tends to taper off towards the end of the week, but apparently looking at the state of people really get cooking midweek and I thought that was really interesting. Maybe that has something to do with the power of the tasty listen to IG studies. It's just a very interesting distribution based two categories here could probably be combined for the purpose of this table, since the both indicate that the experiences begin at the end of the week and that will result in 33 for these two, nonetheless the pattern is the same color the next table please. Okay, when I originally looked at the frequencies for this table to see how long the experiences lasted, it seemed to fit with what I had read in the research literature that peak and similar experiences are very intense and short lived. However, when I got to others category here, I found it was just quite the opposite, I actually found that 17 participants in the other category here had experiences which were still happening there week after gateway, even less evil classical type types of experiences, which is very pronounced in very long last day. So, apparently experiences encountered encountered during the program are quite powerful and robust for a lot of individuals. And that goes counter to what I've found in the research literature. Next table please. 51:38 The results the studies in the research literature suggests that these types of experiences at best maybe last for a few minutes so he says what Maslow and Alaskey and individuals like that suggested and here they are on finding people's experiences, even extroverted mystical experiences, they last for days on end and hardly ever heard of anything like that. 52:09 Okay, the conditions under which people's participants experiences begin, I wanted to look at this to hopefully gain some insight into what may possibly trigger or facilitate participants experiences normally hold what we find here is that most people's experiences began to hasten tapes. And I was glad to see that finally. 52:46 It's, it's humorous, it's also a serious point there too, because I know like Elmer Elise Greene and some other researchers have suggested that well, sure people have wild experiences here
