kind of chronic disease. Crowl restorative sleep really seems to be a favorite of all the people
with chronic fatigue, cancer, et cetera. Offloading, how many of you are familiar and I've
worked very much with offloading. I encourage you to work with it. You can offload physical
illnesses, I have had people offload pains and and it helps in the forgiveness process. But it
needs a little instruction for the people that you're going to mentor with. I have seen people
offload not only their chaos lesions and, and their puffiness or tiredness, their their anger, it's a
very, very flexible tape. And that is probably second to restorative sleep, the one they must
come back for. And obviously Tune Up is for all around balance heal and reset is for their
energy, which seems to drop a lot. Metal music, I cannot describe how powerful metal music is
for everybody with chronic kind of disease, it's great for those of us with house to their favorite
is obviously sleeping through the rain, because that's what they want. They want to sleep
where the body can rebuild itself, but it's a very nurturing kind of meta music for them. Their
second favorite is inner journey that probably because we do a guided imagery with that on the
immune healing. So they get they sort of remember the vibrations of the PYP workshop. But a
lot of our guided imagery is we do with inner journey. They like Cloudscapes but I tell you what
they really like is transformation is for men. Tape, and I don't know whether it's the Chakra The
music or what it is. But men prefer the transformation tape. And it could be the name I don't
know. And prisms. They may not like it that much, because I don't talk about it that much. But I
will after this week. Yes, right. Yes. And anybody that cat works with likes it because she likes
it. So I'm going to learn to like prisms. The only other tape in our repertoire is energy walk the
energy walk. Hi, have a seat anywhere. Now that gives you what we call the tapes that we run
by I will tell you that their intuition tells them what ones they would like. I will tell you that when
they come back and ask us for more tapes. It's usually H plus and meta music, I will tell you
that when they divide them up at the end of somebody's transition. Those are the ones they
lovingly pass on to other people. And in the very powerful in the healing process. Well, this
year, we have moved through into the death process. Three of the original and our colleague
all made it into transition. I guess that's when I really found out how powerful the metal music is
to have the metal music while the family is going through the process of letting go. And
because cat Meyer, probably some of the only heterosexual rods around these, these families
were called in to be really fully present, I suppose. And we've met a lot of the families that
they're the ones who need the healing. Our friends have already made the transition and the
forgiveness and whatever. And the metal music has been very, very powerful. We don't a lot of
times if we suggest anything to anybody, it's restorative sleep, or offloading. These people
have taught me that AIDS is not a death sentence. I would like to know when anybody I know
has been diagnosed as HIV. We know the statistics, one n out of eight. One out of eight of the
heterosexual teen population If it's going to be contacting HIV, they're going to need people
like us to say, this is about living.

This is about honoring the body, nurturing, it's about love. And it's not about fear. And these
tapes, the sooner we can get people with them, the more their body can vibrate them back to
health. I have been taught a lot by the people who have been sent to us the long term
survivors. And I know that the immune system when it is kept well, and healthy, number one,
they may not even catch that virus. And if they do, it's about cleaning out. It's about detoxifying,
it's about love. It's about a whole bunch of other things. It's not about fear, and death. And that
has been the greatest lesson for this year. I used to be terribly afraid of death. I'm not
anymore. We have seen the rebirth. And we've seen the transition. And it's taught me more
about healing, love and courage than anything else I have done in my life. And I thank you a
lot.

We want to open up to about five minutes worth of questions. And then we're going to do an
experience that we often share at the end of the weekend. So any and we would like any
questions directed towards Jim as well, since this was his vision. Any any comments or
questions? Anything you want to say?
Question 31:40
This is just a comment. You mentioned the change. As you get into using a trainer and move
people just for the standard excursion weekend. This very nervous Yes. Versus Oh begins to
come on people. And they don't look like the same people who came in the door. But just
wanted to share that. But it's not unique in the HIV situation. I know some Sure. We do

a lot of other workshops. But it's really neat to see somebody who's burdened with what
supposedly something much more than normative who has the same transformation, it's very
powerful.
Kat Carroll 32:25
It's so it's so visual, and so physical, because when when someone is walking around with
chaos lesions on their arms and their legs, and after a couple of tapes can go look, and one
has clearly I mean visibly diminished in size, that becomes inspiration. The rest of the get goes
it works for a buyer to move forward. So yeah, it is more visual.
Barbara Bullard 32:52
And we never put in the programming that any of this will happen. To me that would pervert
the process. They're teaching us and they're teaching each other and then the tapes,
especially for those who are auditory it's It's another tool, but it's really a tool they can take in
the middle of the night. And when the body needs to sleep.
Question 33:17
First the question and then a comment. question has to do with what you're doing next,
especially in the light of your last comment, and that is are you planning any workshops for
women?
Barbara Bullard 33:33
We would love to I will tell you that if men aren't shrouded and afraid to tell anybody, the
medical system have really put women who have HIV and AIDS at a serious, serious
disadvantage problem finding them a woman's group to do it is probably the first part. We have
put it out into the ethers to do that. I think probably I will be drawn to more the star system. It's
not just about HIV, there's a hell of a lot of other autoimmune kinds of diseases. And I think all
of us have to keep our immune systems at top notch if we're going to be able to take in the
energy that is coming in. I'm convinced to them. And if not, the tapes help a lot of other people

be there because right now in the LA basin that is just really becoming unified. There are two
one in Orange County one Los Angeles County, two brand new HIV clinics that have opened
exclusively to treat women and women only. It's just that the technology has been lagging
behind the technology and diagnosing it in men is that it is it is an invisible disease and women
and women are often in a far more progress state when it is finally diagnosed. Because it's
much harder to track the symptoms
Question 34:59
or was the pregnant women. And that was going to be a rather serious problem probably more
so than the men who come to you.
Kat Carroll 35:13
It's the largest growing HIV population in the world is the women. Yeah. And I think that cast
describes
Question 35:19
they will end up at some stage, being in contact with some of the traditional establishment
health people, that they will be targeted, so that they can be found. And they may be more
prone at that time to.
Kat Carroll 35:43
Yeah, we have learned to just sort of trust the process. Because when we first decided to do
this, we just got how just worked out there and went to all of the different aid services
organizations and did speeches in this, that and the other. What we quickly found, and I know I
said this last year, was that these people are so constantly bombarded with alternative
methods. They're constantly having people talk to him about vitamins and minerals and
oxygenation therapy and this, that and the other, that they get burned out, they just go on out
another new thing, and they get burned out. So we have learned to really be in tune with when
it's time to give the message and when it's time to temperate. Because this community is just
bombarded so many industries are looking at this as some with integrity to heal, but others
with making money. There is some kind of like that,
Question 36:38
not to be working through or anything like that. But there's an amazing statistic that came out
last year in the schools in Washington, DC. And again, when he's speaking about Walmart,
they are ignoring the female part of our population, which is frightening in itself. But they did a
test last year. On teenagers what they consider teenagers from 11 to 19 years old, and
Washington DC in the school system. 10 person showed up HIV phones, loving denial, and
random testing.
Kat Carroll 37:06
They did a Tri County testing in the Los Angeles area and it was 16% tested HIV.
Barbara Bullard 37:13
I think the I would like other than star system working with transitions since I don't think we can
be afraid of the transition. If we're going to work with transition. I would like to get the new
grade that's been diagnosed as HIV as soon as I can. And really work with living with it and not
fearing it. I don't think anymore, it is a death sentence. I believe that the immune system is
getting bigger and bigger. And that that that the tapes are a key for a lot of people, not
everyone. I'm not into evangelizing the world, let me assure you
Question 37:57
because not has not been publicized in the media, but it's sort of a minority side of the opinion,
I think it's growing and that is HIV is not so costly. And that it shouldn't be presented as you
know, HIV equal aids equal death, which really is a modern voodoo curse. Yes, because
you've got every source of authority in society telling you that if you're HIV positive, you can
expect this and eventual death. That's what the media in the medical establishment is telling
people which produces I mean, that scenario that plus the drugs, which in fact, I would suggest
that many people who die of so called aids are really dying of AZT toxicity.
Barbara Bullard 38:36
Yeah, I totally agree.
Question 38:38
on you, the man who discovered France claims publicly I heard him speak myself three years
ago that HIV AIDS there are multiple factors, one of which is drug abuse, that includes both
recreational drugs as well as frequent use of conventional drugs such as antibiotics, which we
can see in system. And then there's another microbe which has been implicated, which is a
mycoplasma infection, it's very tiny bacteria. So it's not a simple disease and HIV positive
people may walk around and never get sick. And I think, encouraged if they're not with a pull
up syndrome that they have. This disease is far more complicated than the medical
establishment and the press has proclaimed and they should be encouraged to protect
themselves against any further infections and recreational drugs and these sorts of drugs,
which are given as therapies weaken themselves further and go down that spiral.
Kat Carroll 39:38
Yeah, there seems to be a pretty strong agreement in most of the the support organizations
that once a person is diagnosed HIV positive now that we've been able to study it for, you
know, almost 15 years, that it seems to divide itself into three very clear categories, someone
who comes HIV positive and remains HIV positive without any aid symptoms, someone who
