2006 Professional Seminar: RNG Entropy during the GATEWAY VOYAGE (F. Holmes “Skip” Atwater) (Transcript) NOTE: This is an unedited transcript – it is exactly as created by otter.ai. 00:00 A couple of things I want to talk to you about this morning, or rather interesting in terms of the implications of how consciousness can change the physical world here. I talked a little bit about this at the previous seminar we had in 2004. And at that time, that conclusion was there's more work to be done. So you knew this is very scientific, because all scientific reports with and with more work is needed on this subject. So you can tell it was truly scientific, rather than this is the ultimate answer to the whole universe, right. This has a sub title to it, in train minds in the behavior of random physical systems, because that is the title of the report that will be published on this subject, I do have a copy of the report that people can peruse and look around at, but it is politically incorrect to make copies of reports that are not yet published, as many of you know, is published people, you want to be able to say to the magazine or the periodical that this has not been put out for distribution. So you're welcome to look it over. And certainly make comments on it or ask questions, but it would be improper for me to make 50 copies and distributed out to everybody at this time. This is going to be discussed at the HEA a conference coming up later this spring, and published in a journal for the Society for scientific investigation. So it's interesting, dual exposure, anything that gets presented to the PA Association also, they're very stodgy very organized scientists, and you have to really raise to a high level in order to do that. So this report has gone through several generations of let me look over there. 02:19 At Eli, Patrick, so they can wander around a little bit here. 02:29 As I was saying, the last year when we talked about this, we and I'm gonna go over what last year was, this was sort of like a preliminary investigation into this concept of what's going on in the quantum world when we enter into focus states of consciousness. And this will be a little bit more depth of what happened, and it will end appropriately with more work is needed in this area. And I'm in the military tradition here. I'm telling you what I'm going to tell you and then I'm going to tell it to you. And then of course, at the end, I'll tell you what I told you. So I know that you're sure that to get it here. This is very cute dog. 03:14 Decision dancing and jumping, 03:16 does tricks. So what is randomness? And what is a random number generator? Here's some dictionary definitions of randomness. But at the quantum level that is below the atomic level here. Randomness has to do with something simple, what a good way to explain this. Not being a physicist, I always explain it quite simply where I understand it. If you remember back in about eighth grade science, they talked about the idea of atoms and molecules, atoms are like little solar systems, and they have electrons that are in orbit around the nucleus. And then some of them have more than one electron and multiple electrons. And then there's something called valence between the electrons and the balance number of electrons and two atoms bind together by sharing electrons and so forth. And it was really good picture in your head as to how that worked in the middle of orbits and so forth and so on. Well, it turns out in reality, that isn't the radius. We really got a head around a really good this electron is no place in every place at once. Where it is depends upon moment in time when you observe it. So it isn't a nice neat orbit pattern like a solar system. And solar was appearing all over everywhere, in what is determined to be a random fashion and you can only observe it at any one moment, and then it goes away until you observe it again, the narrative is. So at the quantum level that is below the level of atomic physics, there is a great deal of randomness in the way things hook together. As a matter of fact, scientists believe now rather than breaking things down, you know, from Newtonian to atomic physics, and down below that things don't exist in smaller and smaller little units of particles. But eventually we get down to saying things exist in probabilities. It's probably this way in this moment. And probably it's another way. Working we there seems to be as I was brought up yesterday, the idea of we refresh a new our universe from moment to moment. And fortunately, there is somewhat of a snowball effect or flywheel effect, it sort of refreshes the same way, just about each time with little variations. The sun still comes up in the morning and so forth, would be very strange if sometimes the sun came up over there, and sometimes it came up over there. Usually things from as I'm talking, I haven't changed very much in my appearance, I've refreshed in you pretty much the same most of the time, we're what is it that could change this refresh concept of how out of the randomness becomes a concrete manifest reality might in fact, be consciousness. randomness is the stuff at the quantum more of the below atomic world. And sometimes it gets less random than we would think. Also, along with this concept of randomness is something called entropy. There's a general concept that everything attempts to dissipate to equality all around, you don't maintain one set of values here and another set of values here, there's a tendency to mix together to enter into an entropic state all over, might have thought about this in conjunction with the discussions of zero point energy, the idea that the whole universe is filled with a vast amount of energy. But there are polarized one way against the other all sort of neutralizing itself. Therefore a zero point. I've heard people like Dr. Put off say that if you had a softball sized piece of empty space, it contains enough energy to boil all the oceans in the world, which is a whole lot of energy. So the trouble is, is that it's all internal entropic it's all cancelling each other out, well, what if you could take a little tiny piece of it and separate it differently than the rest of it, then the difference in potential between these two areas might contain a vast amount of energy. And a lot of people think that's where the future of energy is, if they could just figure out how to recreate something called the Casimir effect, which is a scientifically proven experiment about zero point energy. So randomness exists at the quantum level, and the idea of entropy that everything sort of evens out across the universe. And we sort of depend upon that as one of the rules of physics. Now, some background into the investigation of consciousness. And this starts out with the PK research, creating devices that depend upon randomness, and then see how mental influence influences. And I'm saying that loosely, but our mental influence influences these random systems. Now, this can be everything from dice that you roll on a table to pachinko machines where you drop a little metal ball down and it bounces across the nails as it's falling down, supposed to make a big nice bell curve pile in the middle. But through influence, one can make the pile over here on this side and with the pile over here on this side. And then that's been reduced in the world of computers to certain type of noise generators and little devices like this. And can mental influence change the random noise produced by this electronic device and in PK research, that's what's called micro PK, you know, when you bend springs and PK metal banding, that's called macro PK, because they're larger kinds of systems, that when you alter a random number generator out of a computer, that's called micro PK. And there's arguments about whether or not you're actually changing the randomness of the device, or whether you're just really smart you know when to select the button. That's a whole different theory about I can clairvoyantly know, when this is the Heads Up tween costs, and I know to, I'm going to select heads up quick, I'm going to select heads up quit. And you know, pre cognitively when that's going to happen, and pretty soon it begins to look like he's actually changing the output of this. Because it keeps going head to head, head, head, head head. And so is it really a change to this device? Are we really changing the quantum variances of the nuclear forces within this? Or do I just know when to push the button. And so there's a big argument about that. Going on to the next concept here, the correlations between focus, human consciousness and quantum randomness took a step up about a decade and a half ago with the global consciousness project. Some of you here are quite aware of the global consciousness project, I'll sort of tell you a little bit about that. Around the world, there are random number generators running all over the world that are connected via the internet, back to central data maintenance records. And the idea is do worldwide events, do things that arouse the focus of consciousness also affect quantum randomness. And it turns out that there are very interesting coincidences, very interesting occurrences between the idea of presidential elections, which universe contests, things like Super Bowl, things like that, and 911. Other things that go on that suddenly all over the world, 12:01 that what would normally be responding at the quantum level, the subatomic level is simply random, this dancing around becomes coherent, for a period of time. And that coherence then, is matched with things that have a worldwide effect. Now, if you have a fire on Mrs. Johnson's garage, it's not going to affect the whole world. If you have a local one, and it's your local papers, it might or a plane crash or something like that. But what they do is they take news media events, and look at things that have a spread upon millions and millions and millions of people around the globe, and see whether or not that is sort of a really the event happening. If you have something happening locally, there might be something going on. Now, the difference here between the change in the random number generators that are hooked to the computers, between the PK experiments where the guy is attempting to modify some sort of feedback, or something is, there's no intent here. Okay, the people just see something on the news, and oh, my goodness, and millions of people run to their televisions, or listen on their radios, or talk about it to each other. And there is this global sense of humanity focusing on this thing. They're not saying everybody concentrated on the end of human journey, you're saying if you've been changed, they don't even know that they're being monitored here. It's a consciousness event. So when these field consciousness studies, then what's called the global consciousness project, they're not thinking about changing the random number generator, it just does. Now, we have to, I'm going to slip a few times in my explanation here and talk about cause and effect. And we had to be very careful at this point in time to not jump to the conclusion that we are causing this to happen. Maybe the fact that randomness goes away, causes us to focus our attention rather than us focusing our attention causes the randomness to go away. You know, science is really young on this, we've only been studying it maybe 15 years here, maintaining good records, and we're saying look at this funny thing that's happening. But nobody can kind of figure out what the mechanism All we know is look at this funny thing happening here. And jumping to the conclusion of cause and effect in our idea of
