here. Okay. The SS, would head off to get their coveralls and their shovels. Because they
know they're the ones that are going to have to shovel it out, they figure that this is just kind of
the way things go. They get a lot of satisfaction out of completing work. The C's would be
analyzing the situation trying to figure out is there some way that we could bag this stuff, sell it
and make a little bit of money. And the eyes being the eternal optimist, that they are, would be
saying, with all this manure, there's got to be a pony around here somewhere. Sorry, to close it
off, was my spider Oh, my spider is gone. Oh, too bad. I got another one in here. It's
disappeared into the muck. What the picture is, if you could see it is a funny looking spider web
with a spider standing back looking at it saying really that can't be right. And the deal is, again,
to remind people that the that it isn't that there is a best personality style or behavioral style.
But it's all of the styles have some natural strengths, all of the styles have some areas of
vulnerability. And if you have a handle on that, then you can make conscious choices. Now to
tie it in again, there is what a woman little guy on the left there. I kind of like that. That must be
a far side when he because I see Larson's name scratched at the bottom. So one of the things
that I found helpful in terms of the Hemi sync on this is when I'm in a situation and I start
feeling uncomfortable a lot of the time, that's a style related feeling. And when I get into when
we do we do residential training, where there's a lot of conflict can come up and it's like, you
just want to kind of scream and run and hide in the closet. What I do is I try to keep track of
what's going on with me and I use the H plus relax a lot. And I use the H plus D hab and I
started to use some other things Susan suggested the H plus emphasize empathize. So it's
like that's the way I tie that yeah, and and that's the way we suggest people tie it in in terms of
using it with their style, so that they keep their self in balance when they're working with other
people or, or in situations that are different than their natural comfort style. So it's the flexibility,
your ability to be flexible, to push your style a little bit when you need to, to be able to to
accomplish something that you want to accomplish because it's important in your success
mode. That's really the key rather than a particular style being the best. And the we think that
the Hemi sync idea there can help you in doing that. And that's the basic issue and we're going
to kind of sign off with that because of the time Charlene is giving me this is about time to sign
off there. Thanks a lot
