always said, Well, you're measuring galvanic skin response, we have now a system computerized system that measures GSR and accurately tracks this DC voltage. And they are in two entirely different things. So we have after many years, we didn't have a computerized system that would compare both of them simultaneously. And we've had that for I'd say about six months and we run at least 100 people through that or something on that order. Very fascinating in the sense of what this basic measurement that we've been leaning upon so heavily has now been fully verified in terms of at least that it is a system of making progress. So, there is the guidelines program with the participation in the lab, we also related to the lab, you have you've been told all these things or am I just we have what we call a prep program and I really wish I could remember what the acronym stands for Personal related exploration of personality. Anyway, these are one to one sessions in, in the lab either on neuro mapping or our other system, where you can come here to make appointments of course, but you can come here and go through one or more such sessions. At your time, convenience is not related to a program but you can do your own self exploration by this prep program system. And that means that when you got to spare weekend is a nice way to find out a lot of things to the lab session. And you it's we only had it for about two or three months. It's just beginning to be very, very effective in terms of helping people find things about themselves that they maybe never knew or didn't want to knew or know or hope that it was true. Sometimes it is and sometimes not. So that's another factor. Third one is our human Plus program, are you talking about that you've got the human. Now, you knew that you're just lazy. you but you were supposed to have gotten a, an H plus exercise to take home as our gift to you, and try it. And on one side, you will find a, an exercise that helps you generate or we call an access channel. And on the other side is the actual function learning exercise. And the interesting part about it is that this access channel is open only during the learning of a function. And we've had discussion, and we don't subscribe to it with some of our biochemical people should know better say that. Whatever it is, it is apparently reaching down to the, what they call the cellular consciousness level. And I am the faintest idea what they mean by that, but that's what they're saying. So it's, we had hoped that it would be around 20% effective in what, in one way, and however you measure effectiveness is pushing 40%. Now, meaning, that means if you for one, to almost two out of every four, somewhere in there of any exercises that you work with, 22:17 not one or four, maybe two of the four that you would work with would become effective, and be working for you. Some fantastic things are done with a combinations of these functions, and you learn the function. And once having learned the function, you no longer need the tape, you have set up Bob Monroe 22:39 in essence, a pattern where you think of a given function command and it goes into effect and becomes workable. Have you are y'all bored of my this I'm talking about? I gotta watch out because that James is sneaky sometimes. So then what is what is this? Well, this is a thing we've been developing for a number of years, and is not the main methods in it are not solely ours, by any manner means. But it takes the premise. It says that anything any human has done once. It can be done twice. And anything that is done twice by humans, is learnable. Anything that's learnable is teachable, and without limitation, and so h Bas, and its functions are designed to permit any individual to take total and again, no limitation control over his mental, physical and emotional self. Now, what do you mean by that? Well, let me give you some illustrations, we deal with a broad scope. One of the things that you can say first of all, the we have the side over here, how you going to learn to have a command that will keep you awake, if you need to keep awake. Here's one that will keep you awake. And obviously there's a one over here that will insist that you go to sleep. These are tremendously interesting in that they're sneaky in this sense, there's subtle, you put them to work and it isn't every Sledgehammer thing is a word to just sort of slide into it this way. The sleep function one for example, to me, I think about it and I yawn. And if I think about the second time I guess leaving so it's very workable. But we don't stop there it gets. I'll give you that end of it. First of all, you're asleep and if you and sleep in urine, Insomniac, there's a special one for you. And you learn this other part, the the next type of sleep that you are. And we're really because you spend so much time in it. And we've been talking about sleep and and what you're doing is, during sleep, we might as well make it effective one way or another, let your body do something while you're gone playing somewhere or are gone studying something, let your body do this other stuff. There is that restorative sleep. So if you have an illness or an injury, that you set this function command, and then you go to sleep, and your system goes into high gear, overdrive, to cure anything in your system that needs help. Next step along the way, is what we call awaken no lying in bed ready to go to sleep, you set up 26:00 the function command, and then you think of a problem or a decision that you need to be it needs to be made in your life or whatever. And then you very easily fall asleep, your F which is out you and you fall asleep as part of the function. Wake up in the morning and you will have what you know to be the right answer. It isn't it isn't you won't have any questions, you may not like the answer, but you will know it's the correct one, the constructive answer. And then going beyond that we have of course our fun one, which is Bob Monroe 26:39 called Sweet dreams. And this means that if you in turn, use this function command, you hit the command is a work, set up what you want to dream about. And then you fall asleep in the morning you wake up and you remember this beautiful dream. Well, I shouldn't say beautiful, exciting, or whatever kind of dream that you had set up for yourself. And it's tremendously effective, you may want to learn something during sleep, or what is or whatever it is all those kinds of things that you can, you can use that simple thing called Sweet dreams. And that's just in sleeps. Cool, we're here, moved down here right in the middle of the area, there are a mass of functions that were up to 54. Now to give you a different functions that you can learn another one, for example, deals directly with 27:47 simple, stupid thing, such as pain that you have an immediate pain hit your thumb with a hammer, for example. And we have what we call a short fix. And that's just to fix it shortly the tune the pain till it gets better. And that's been very effective. You met Jay Wallace. Yes, they've used his short fix all the time, because he uses a hammer a lot and he sometimes misses Bob Monroe 28:16 any swears by that particular function. Then you have the kind that obvious one that if you have any condition of stress that you use this function grant to relax, that's probably not particularly effective with Gateway graduates because they already know how to do that. Usually there's things in it because it's not designed just for gateway graduates, as a mass of these things would not be applicable to you. But they are guys are some some that it's a freedom route, I should preset the freedom 28:57 to do and be exactly as you might need to do without this huge dependency upon the system of which are apart. For example, we have one called nutritious that lets you take a handful of rice. And you do the nutrition, one ether and full of rice and that's enough to sustain you provide all the nutritional needs for our 24 hours and that's all. Bob Monroe 29:31 On the other hand over here, you can eat. I have a ton of rice and you won't gain any weight. There are two sides to the Nutricia coin. But can you imagine if this accelerated efficiency of your whole GI system would be enough that anyone in Africa could be sustained very well on a handful of rice and no more If the system becomes that efficient you have Bob Monroe 30:12 Well, good for you. You didn't feel any sense of energy Bob Monroe 30:25 I should relate to tell about sneaky, these sneakers. That's great. That's wonderful. Thank you. The other one that says a lot of fun is one called zoning in which you can set up a field and how what the field is gonna ask me because I don't know. But anyway, it sets up a field around your physical body that helps insulate your body against excessive cold. And one of the things that's happened in these intensives that we have several times a year here is that people go try them and here was 28 degree weather and 30 mile an hour wind out here, and they're gonna run around in shorts. And the other one was funny swan. Last summer, I guess it was, this is only about a year and a half old was one man went down to the lake go swimming. And it was so hot, he thought he would hit the zoning part to stay cool. And he was shivering. And of course, obviously those going in record time the lake would hit the zoning and would not be affected by the extremely cold war. This is kind of stuff and Bob Monroe 32:01 give yourself one to go anyway. Then there's there's one that 32:10 which is was put together for a friend of mine who's a psychologist that doesn't stay here when he comes he stays up on the holiday and or any refuses stay here because the Holiday Inn is right near while at the Skyline Drive that goes along the Blue Ridge, which is a wonderful place to run and he's a runner and he loves to run. And they used to that's the best place the United States trunk traffic's little ratio stays up there. And so this is one called Lightfoot that makes you walk, run or jog and your feet feel lighter. And he doesn't use it. He used to run 21 miles and now he runs 27 miles. That's quite a run for a person in one run in a day for him. He found that in order to do that you didn't hit this light foot function until he was about 80 miles in and you didn't take it right at the beginning. And he says he does not suffer any additional fatigue as a result of it. Some have said is we have one called strong quake and after they use it the measure for an hour and they feel tired and we say well wait a minute, why are they lifting mountains? You know if you're tired, but there are these other times that it goes on and on as a broad span of what eight floods is the most important thing is that it is not serial learning. In other words, you don't need a plus
