animal life, which is above this line, the sleeping part. We know from nothing about it. We don't
know anything, we just go sleep. So a third of our lives, quote, we are doing something else or
we are if we're not here, where are we? What are we doing? Do we just click out? Good
question. Now there is a theory that takes this even a little further, which is kind of fun. That if
all of this is wave form, if we are wave forms, then we're during this physical waking
consciousness, this has a wave imposed upon this carrier wave here. And this, above and
below the line is exactly the same thing as this only, it's in milliseconds. So that while I am
here, conversing with you. I am above the line, back and forth like that every 1,000th of a
second or something on that order, whatever the number. So I am simultaneously there as
much as I am while I'm asleep. But I don't know it. Because this physical waking
consciousness can't perceive that is too fast for it. We have television and motion pictures of
places a series of still pictures. And it goes beyond our level of perception. So we think they're
moving pictures, but they're not they're series of stills, same thing. This is at a pace beyond our
conscious ability to perceive it. Nice stuff. Well, that's the point. I didn't say I had all the
answers. Where it goes from there is another story. But can you see this series of concepts but
above the line is a different system of communication. One of the things I've tried to describe
which is such a magnificent part of that communication is the rope concept where if I were
proficient to add rolling roads, I would be able to turn to you take a road, which is a, a total
experience, let's say all of my experience with music, I would want you familiar with. So I
wrapped that all in one thing, and I toss it to you. And if you were proficient at NVC, you would
receive that. And then you would instantly know every composition I've ever written, every
piece of underscore work I've ever done. Everything I've ever done in terms of instantly, just
like, it'd be totally available to you. That's one of the goals of NBC is that type of
communication, because that, again, apparently, is a part of that above the line
consciousness, which is primarily shut off from us, not for any other reason other than we
make it. So. Now, if you begin to take another look at this whole pattern, you can begin to
perceive the signals that you do receive through all of your daily life, even during physical
waking consciousness, you are receiving such signals. You can think about that, as I go to the
heart of this thing tonight. And that is that I want to demonstrate for you a very special method
method developed in NVC. This method offers the opportunity, and how rare that opportunity is
to actually say, Oh, for goodness sakes, it works. And that's the strange thing is to get
something that actually, you can reduce to this left brain thing and put it together. And so
logistically that works. So the method used to translate is an MVC method. The trick of it is
thing called remote viewing, how many are aware of what remote viewing is? Oh, that makes it
easy. Then you know about all the work done at Stanford Research Institute about remote
viewing stuff. Yep. So I don't need to describe that. I don't need to take that again, that right
now, just as we don't like the term astral projection. When they develop this system, they did
not like to call it clairvoyance in the old term, because that again had the wrong connotation.
So they call it remote viewing. Remote viewing is a system of being able to identify a location
and what is taking place at a location by a system of again, moving slightly above the line. And
the moment you move above the line, you're into this other method of perceiving. This isn't an
out of body state, it's it's a, an altered state developed, again, if you want to put it in another
form an active form of meditation. Well, two or three years ago on time gets pie. We were lucky
enough to have as a consultant, one of the world's leading remote viewers, who had worked
for many years with Sri and one of the things we wanted to find out was one would the Hemi
sync process enhance the ability of remote viewer. The second thing was, what would be the
difference between remote viewing or going out of body and going to a location. Now the
method of identifying where to go,

a target was by an address. And the common address developed there was by coordinates.
And it means that all the remote viewer needed to be given was the coordinates the latitude
and longitude down to seconds, or say within 100 feet of that location anywhere on the globe?
That was one way. The second way was simply either the name and address of a person or
the third way, a photograph in a sealed envelope. And they went into all these elaborate rituals
on out of Sri To make it scientifically acceptable, and that meant very severe protocols and
meant a random selection of targets, it meant triple binds, quadruple binds and all the stats of
the whole work, you're aware of it wherever. Even so when they first published and when help
would often rush targeted to people to charge published in Nature magazine British is leading
magazine worldwide, I guess, that publishes new things like this storm of controversy. And
people MIT pick their research data to pieces. And they even came out later with a book and
the book was highly controversial, because it just didn't fit. All right, well we did with this row
viewer is that we began a series of tests with a Hemi sync to see the difference. And the
pictures that I'm going to show you are the pictures that we subbed the first two pictures we
subsequently subsequently got of the target. The row viewer is in a check unit over in the lead
right over here. And he's being fed a hammer missing pattern A B is given the target in the first
two in terms of coordinates he has the slides were later obtained simply to let you see what
he's trying to get would you like to see it follows few times that one can get a little validation
going.

Your withdrawal that what he would do?
Bob Monroe 26:38
Oh no he talks it Yeah, he talks it now if I can get this going properly
Bob Monroe 26:49
that's wrong.
Bob Monroe 27:00
Wrong. All right. I trust the slides are all set up. So all I can do is push the button. Now I will not
show you the picture first, because I will begin and is this ready to play? All I do is push the
button
