34:31
So here is them now. And here is the past which is already gone and the future which has not
come yet. So they are not real. Right? Either one is not real. As far as presents, right? Only the
now is important. But if you have your painful memories of your heart, you carry the baggage,
other increasing backpack that you carry with you, as Carolyn Mace has beautifully. You are
your biography. You are your curriculum vitae. And you are afraid of future because based on
past experiences, you are afraid that similar things horrible things that happened to you in the
past my might happen in the future and what you will do. So here is big, big, big, I need
another caller. Big stuff here. Oh, I was about to make mistake in spelling. Fear. Right. So this
is run by fear. When you live in the now you don't carry the baggage of the past because you
already released it, you let it go. It doesn't bother you. It's already gone. You know that
whatever happened to you in the past was only for your good, because you needed to learn
certain things. You needed to

polish yourself. So whatever happened was good for your growth. And whatever is in the future
is in the hands of your highest and you should not worry about it.
36:44
This is what all religions are trying to tell us. Don't be worried about future lead. Leave it to
God. Right? Well, apparently all of us are a most of us, as I see my friends and myself. And my
father and my mother and everybody around. We are almost a taste, because we think we
believe but we don't. We are so skeptical. We are laymen, we are not believers, our fate, what
is the fate fate should be as as such that we know that we when we come to the, to the edge of
the river there will be afforded by to take us to the other side. And not before but at the time
when when we get there. So we didn't write about us security. Do you agree with me? Right?
Well, well, how many of us around that way? How many of us let go of banking accounts. How
many of us is not paying premiums for our retirement? Right? I mean, hey, well, I'm
exaggerating, but I learned to steer that start so. So when my father went to holocaust in
Poland, and he was in combat for six years in Polish Underground army, imagine six years in
combat that requires a power of superhuman, almost he was strong enough to suppress all
that pain, all that grieving or resentment, all those all those feelings, or Why'd it happen? How
come why, why us? As long as he was strong, when his soul decided to take off and got him
into transition time and preparing him for departure. He started leaking all those emotions, he
could not bear them anymore. The baggage was too heavy to carry. And that's why I said in
my left brained
39:05
handout that interviewing issues, unresolved emotional baggage of memories, and
interference of unsettling emotions. And that's what I'm going to tell you because that's the
next step what I started to see before he could make detachment, a complete emotional
detachment he had to resolve the issues that were there. And at that moment, this was the
most taxing time for me. This was the biggest challenge of my entire life. Because I had to put
in the now practice, unconditional love. Now tell me, is it easy to change diapers 567 times a
day each time father shreds them and puts to bed. You know what I mean? Then you cook the
new you do boundary then then at night, he calls you every minute because he has post
traumatic stress disorder with flashbacks of combat things. Okay? So I really was at the edge
of falling apart myself. And at that moment, I was few times angry few times, maybe more than
few times, so. So at one of those angry times, I started shouting at him, I said, You shredded
diapers again. And he looked at me, he smiled, and he said, you know, those Hispanic people,
when they get upset, they are so volatile. And, you know, that completely disarmed me
completely, completely. I mean, I was there standing like, like Lot's wife, and didn't know what
to say, you know, for a moment, I was speechless, which is very uncommon. And I just couldn't
say anything. And then I remember immediately recalled that in my meditations, and my
sessions, and my numerous trainings, and everywhere, I've seen so many Hispanic lives of
mine, in Spain, even one time being a guitar player in oil court. So I said, Oh, my God, he is
just cutting through the time. And I look at him and I said, Where are you with me in this
lifetime? And he smiled, and he and he said, Do you have any doubts. And I said, Oh, my God,
and a debt, that was my wake up call. And I went to meditation. And I said, you are loving
daughter. You don't allow those emotions of anger take over you. Because this important man,
your father is not guilty of anything he's trying to teach you. And if you're angry, you're not
going to get any teaching, because you're blocking yourself. So you better open up and be
unconditionally accepting any proof that comes. So so I didn't wait too long. It was 2am when
he calls me, and he's just in the process of finishing to shred the diapers. And at that time, I
remember my lesson, I smile widely. And I say, Father, You joking again with this thread of
diapers? And he looked at me very seriously. And he said, Are you ready to hear what I want
to tell you about it? The truth behind it. He was like, feeling my emotions and adjusting to my
emotions. If I was accepting and allowing, he would open up. If I were angry, he would close
up. So here, I was open. He said, Do you want to hear the truth behind it? I said, Of course. He
said, I have a heavy glass that fell upon me and it's cutting off my legs. And I'm dying. I try to
remove it. What happened was that the feeling of the plastic because those diapers are plastic,
slippery plastic. It felt like that glass pane that fell over his groin area. But what he said rang
the bell. I said, Oh my God. I said, Father, I remember all your life since my childhood, you
would say how wonderfully build up was your upper body? He was a boxing at one time. I
mean, he had an upper body over, over over how you call that Schwarzenegger? Yeah,
whatever. And the lower body was very strong, very strong legs. He could walk on 100 miles a
day. No problem. Really. I'm 100 miles. I'm not exaggerating. But they were thin. And she
would say how come I have the upper body so develop and lower body that I never get any
meat on them? And I said, Oh my God, Father, I know it is from your past life. Because I know
for my VA patients when I hypnotized them to past life, they would present me information
about their injury that caused them death in past life and this life that part of the body would be
slightly undeveloped. It would be like a blueprint of the, of the fashion of death of loss of past
life was imprinted in the DNA of the of this body so body would carry the memory of What
happened to previews body and bodies? And I could, I could thanks God, I was doing so much
of hypnotherapy for the patients, I had a reference, reference library, so to speak. And I said,
Father, I understand it is from past life. This is not from this life, this life. This is a diaper that is
plastic that may mimic the feeling of a glass pane. But it's really protecting you and me from
sharing the bed. And he listened to me, he sent you off, right? I remember my legs and she
like, oh, you know, turn the cover off. And she would look at his legs to just remember that they
were said it took him 24 hours to process that. And after 24 hours, there was no more
shredding of diapers, I just wanted you to know. Now, how many of us in the nursing home, do
we have time for that? To know when people behave mean way, maybe they tried to get our
attention to help them to uncover the pain from past lives or this life, or whatever life, but the
emotion that was unresolved. How many times we are not aware of it, because we are not in
such close contact. We only see them once in a while and then we brisk interaction when they
don't open up. It took my father, nine to open up to me because he did not want to share it. He
did not want me to know the horrors of his experiences. And when he started to have
nightmares from post traumatic stress disorder and the stuff from the war, I couldn't believe it,
my hair was raising up what he went through. Very often they had no ammunition. And they
were fighting with Germans with their bare hands. Now when you have bodily contact and
close contact to the point that you suffocate someone or you hit him with a knife or whatever,
or the stone, whatever you have available next to you. I mean that memory is so much more
powerful than if you do it with machine gun with the with the distance of 100 feet or more,
right? That's a totally different ballgame. He would see those people killed, and he would feel
so guilty. And at the same time she knew he was he was a dutiful soldier. So that was his
Inferno. And he had to bring it up. And I was telling him Father, you have to forgive yourself,
the only way to get out of it is forgive yourself. Because if you had different consciousness at
that time, you probably wouldn't be fighting. So just forgive yourself and forgive the others who
are attacking you. And ask them for forgiveness for what you've done to them for those whom
you killed. But really, you need to let it go. And I said, I will pray with you, Father, we will sit
and I was sitting in the middle of the night and we were praying together.
48:23
And it was like 2am because this was his favorite time to wake me up was 2am We're sitting
there and pray. And again, now how many of us do it for those poor people who are in nursing
home when they have their flashback? of unresolved issues? So for me, it was like oh my god,
I was like I felt so inadequate as a as my physicians training that I I really said oh my God, I
need to go with it somewhere and tell people maybe I should walk from hospital to hospital,
maybe I should go from nursing home to nursing home. I really feel like this is totally new this
stuff. And but I wanted to test that first with you. So So, so going back to left brain schedule.
We are we are a to b symbolic expression of mind and body changes. What I learned I had the
Norman Chile's place I went there to heal my hip and he offered me fellowship in alternative
medicine at the same time as healing my head. That was very generous of him. I think he's a
wonderful human being. Human be and I learned by your energy there. And with somehow
with that learning of bioenergy and my hypnotherapy background including past lives, I started
feeling people's emotions from this life and other lives superimposed on each other depending
what issue they were dealing with, how they, how they simply work on the behavioral pattern,
that that they have now in this lifetime to deal with in order to open up the blockages if they are
any. And what I learned at that time was that those blockages and those shortcomings if you
say, I would say in quote, because everything is perfect at the soul level, we only have
illusionary picture of some ailments, it is, you know, it's at the soul level all is perfect. I noticed
that body displays those things very nicely. For example, if someone has a problem with giving
himself or herself permission to live fully, like they think they are not worthy to live, they don't
deserve live, or they, you know, their self esteem is very badly battered. They very often have
respiratory problems. They they gasped for air. Those who have difficulty and self expression,
they don't have enough courage to express their own inner self they are afraid that others
would punish them for for expressing freely their real emotions, they have problems with the
throat rasp Enos of the throat in a throat or difficulty in reaching high notes when they are
singing or whatever. It's all variety of it. But I mean, they are key areas in the body that tell me
