[811.4-826.1] of information or perception. So opens this up, this human mind, it doesn't [826.1-831.8] ordinarily do so in this deep waking consciousness and solely that. Don't [831.8-838.6] misunderstand, that's what intuition, ideas and imagination flow from these [838.6-842.6] other states of consciousness. That's where they come from. What we're doing [842.6-845.9] is let you go get them instead of have them wait till they do come, and that's [845.9-849.6] the difference. Well, we take the position very strongly that consciousness [849.6-855.7] is a continuum, and when you, quote, fall asleep, you haven't lost [855.7-861.7] consciousness, you simply have moved your consciousness into another state of [861.7-865.8] being along that spectrum of consciousness. This is what it is. So in [865.8-870.0] listening, I get the feeling that the physical body has one field of resonance [870.0-873.8] and that consciousness has a whole different dimension of resonance that [873.8-877.0] it operates with it. And that's right, and the best way I can put it is to think of [877.0-886.1] your physical body as a phasing mechanism that keeps you tuned in with time [886.1-892.7] space, and so you perceive through it and you express through it. You take the idea [892.7-903.6] that if you have another way of being slightly out of phase, then your [903.6-909.1] perception changes somewhat. An illustration of being that normally we [909.1-912.4] have what might be called a discriminator circuit, a discriminator [912.4-918.8] circuit which in turn prevents us from perceiving these other states. And in [918.8-925.9] order to, quote, keep our sanity, perhaps that's why it is. But if we are 5% out of [925.9-930.8] phase, we can call that inattention. And inattention may be that you're here right [930.8-935.9] at this moment and you're still looking at me and listening, but your mind says, [935.9-945.9] I wonder did I get the ignition turned all the way off. You see, and then you're a [945.9-950.8] little bit out of phase, maybe only 5%. That's inattention. Daydreaming is [950.8-956.5] another out of phase, maybe you're 10% out of phase with time space and that [956.5-962.7] theme type of perception take it even further. Then you have a meditative state [962.7-968.5] which is one of a very, very, very few illustrations of conscious and willful [968.5-976.8] establishing another phase relationship. You may be 70% aligned in time [976.9-983.0] space and 30% in another state in what we call meditation. So you can see how all [983.0-989.0] of these other things then do fit very neatly. You have all these uncontrolled [989.0-994.7] states caused by drugs, alcohol, injury and stuff like that. Where you're just, [994.7-1000.7] you're out of phase, we're doing the varying degree, but you don't have any [1000.7-1007.1] control over it. And then beyond that is something we call sleep. And ordinarily [1007.1-1011.2] to get to sleep, we drift down through all these phases and plop as we get [1011.2-1016.9] through these phases. We plop and we've lost consciousness. And you go into [1016.9-1020.3] different types of energy systems and we don't know where they stop. We are [1020.3-1027.8] talking and using an energy field that is not measurable by conventional [1027.8-1032.3] scientific devices. And our science says you have to measure it. If you can't [1032.3-1037.4] measure it, it doesn't exist. Or ergo, all of what we do doesn't exist. And I [1037.4-1042.4] go back and have my fun of course and I say, and this is a cool of course, that [1042.4-1048.6] you're using it. You simply still use it, but you don't know what it is. And I [1048.6-1053.4] said, what do you mean? You're thinking. And by thinking, you're using this kind [1053.4-1060.9] of energy. And it in turn is translated in one way or another. You use it by your [1060.9-1065.5] physical body. Either you translate it and talk in words of expression or [1065.5-1069.7] whatever. Or you receive input that goes into this brain and the brain and [1070.5-1078.2] acts as a transducer to this mind-thought system. And so how do you measure it? You [1078.2-1081.9] can't find it. We can find the smoke from the fire of thought, but we can't [1081.9-1087.0] measure the fire of thought itself. So does it not exist? Well, that's the [1087.0-1094.2] question. So somehow or other, you can evoke a different, or you can even bring [1094.2-1098.7] yourself to a whole different range of vibration, a range of resonance that's [1099.2-1102.9] fairly unfamiliar from the normal waking state through the use of [1102.9-1107.5] entrainment to different frequencies. Absolutely. And incidentally, these are [1107.5-1112.5] not, entrainment may be a kind of a rough word, but it's really not that at [1112.5-1118.1] all. An individual can always reject this type of entrainment. In other [1118.1-1124.3] words, you have the option, you're in charge, it's not like a drug, [1124.3-1127.9] for example, where you have no choice. The drug's going to hit you and [1127.9-1132.5] you have to flow with the drug. Now, there's always the option, you can say, [1132.5-1137.3] well, I don't accept that, or I do. In other words, this waveform that's [1137.3-1145.8] non-verbal, you see. So it's an invitation. See, it's setting up a, let's [1145.8-1151.0] put it another way, if it's setting up an environment, that's why I say here's [1151.0-1154.9] music playing and if you like dancing, well, there's music to dance by. [1159.0-1169.3] Indeed, he's own music. Bob is now making his own music with Nancy in their [1169.3-1183.4] ultimate dance. I would like for you all to close your eyes, get into a comfortable [1183.4-1187.2] position and take a few deep breaths. [1200.0-1224.6] Be open to the infinite and hence to infinite possibilities. Picture a great [1224.6-1239.6] river and on the river are many boats resting on the surface. It is a river of [1239.6-1252.6] consciousness upon which rests our thought and under all that is our inner [1252.6-1271.6] stream of consciousness, our higher self. Feel the oneness we are, feel the love and [1271.6-1290.6] know the presence of Bob and Nancy is with us now in this place. Be still now [1290.6-1301.1] and take a moment to enter into this ultimate knowing which becomes the [1301.1-1538.0] ultimate presence. Back to this room, the energy within the circle. Let us send love [1538.0-1552.9] and thanks to Bob and Nancy for so it is that we are all together here now. Thank [1552.9-1583.2] you Bob, thank you Nancy, thank you all. Can you stretch your arms?
