[710.6-715.7] daydreaming, which are a little more out of phase. And then you have a controlled out-of-phase
[715.7-722.1] state, say, call it meditation, where let's say that you are 30 to 35 percent phased into
[722.1-727.5] another reality system or getting in touch with it. While you are still, a great part
[727.5-732.0] of you is still in phase with time-space. It doesn't make much to follow that phasing
[732.0-737.5] relationship outward to where you get into states caused by drugs, alcohol, and things
[737.5-743.3] like that, where you are more and more out of phase. You get into illnesses and they
[743.3-748.5] create greater degrees of out-of-phase. And very innocently, we all fall asleep. And then
[748.5-755.8] we are, say, 90 degrees out of phase. We're still in touch with time-space. But our consciousness,
[755.8-762.9] mind is elsewhere. So that's a real quick version of what we call phasing. This is,
[762.9-769.1] as we now perceive it, is a mass of phase relationships of which the out-of-body is
[769.1-774.2] one part of a spectrum. If you can think of consciousness as being a spectrum that encompasses
[774.2-787.5] time-space here on Earth and into other energy, so that when you are asleep, where you are
[787.5-796.0] very much, say, 90 percent out of phase, you have an awareness. The fact that you
[796.0-798.3] don't remember it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
[798.6-803.2] Let me see. Am I going to guess that 100 percent is death?
[803.8-811.1] 100 percent is death, yes. And all that is very wonderful knowledge that you do survive
[811.1-817.5] physical death, no matter what you think here. You are merely then, don't have a focusing
[817.5-822.1] mechanism to phase you into time-space. It's all falling apart, so you can't stay here
[822.1-830.1] any longer. Then you are there, felt asleep. But you are there, you're conscious, you're
[830.1-836.6] not, quote, to perceiving what the out-of-body state is. It's a temporary visit there,
[836.6-837.7] if you want to think of it that way.
[840.1-844.9] 10 is a very specific state that might be called a meditative state, but we make it
[844.9-850.1] much simpler than that and keep it very broad range. We take a simple definition and say
[850.1-855.3] the mind is awake, the body is asleep, the body is just detuned, so that these heavy
[855.3-860.7] physical sensory input patterns are not interfering with their ability to think. People make
[860.8-866.1] quite a great discovery in 10 in the sense that they discover they do not need all of
[866.1-868.5] physical sensory patterns in order to be.
[873.0-877.0] All right, now what about 12 and 15? These are pretty spectacular as far as I was
[877.0-877.4] concerned.
[877.4-881.8] Well, they do get fun as they go along. 12 is a thing that we've discovered and
[881.8-893.8] through the years of the state, once having detuned, we find that. But what has
[893.8-897.6] happened is that these other means of perception have been covered over,
[897.7-901.9] overwhelmed by all the physical input. The moment those get detuned and you
[901.9-906.3] still retain your consciousness, you begin to perceive in these other ways. And
[906.3-912.0] 15 is an interim nice state, which we call the state of time. It is fun because
[912.0-919.6] people have great expectations of what not no space, but no time. The part about
[919.6-931.2] of the course is that nothing is there. It has to be a self instigated. Nothing
[931.2-935.4] will happen unless you make it happen. You can lie around in no time for unless
[935.4-945.4] you take a very careful fear reducing process so that you're not afraid of
[945.4-951.8] these unknown states. And the way we do it is that distinctly to the world that
[951.8-955.4] he's been he's only learning to control what he's been doing all the time.
[955.7-960.3] Control factor that counts so that when he wants to go to 10, he can do it
[960.3-962.6] because he has no fear of it anymore.
[964.0-966.3] Your comments and a few ideas prayer.
[966.5-970.5] The interesting thing about prayer somewhere along the way, 2000, 5000
[970.5-975.6] years ago, whatever someone learned a system that would induce communication or
[975.6-979.7] contact into these other energy systems. In other words, ask for help is another
[979.7-985.0] way to put it and use methods and techniques that did do that. But as this
[985.0-991.1] was handed down step by step to generation after generation, what worked 5000
[991.1-994.3] years ago, someone along the way says, well, why should I clap my hands? I
[994.3-998.0] don't need to clap my hands. I'll just say the prayer or someone says down
[998.0-1001.7] here, well, I don't need to close my eyes. I'll keep my eyes open. A whole
[1001.7-1006.8] series of things, patterns that would induce the result from the prayer have
[1006.8-1011.8] been deteriorated, distorted and forgotten through all these years.
[1012.0-1014.5] Okay, there's obviously a right way then to pray.
[1014.6-1020.9] That's correct. Yes. All right. Go to focus 12. All right. Focus 12. Angels
[1020.9-1022.7] and archangels, archetypes.
[1022.8-1028.2] From my perspective now, there is a system of, let's call it helpers, that
[1028.2-1035.2] is a part of each individual. And those helpers are in continual service of
[1035.2-1039.8] that individual on our aim specifically at that individual. But the interesting
[1039.8-1045.4] part is, is who they are. They are parts of you. And they are parts of you who
[1045.4-1047.5] have lived previous lives.
[1048.0-1054.0] So the guides, for example, our existence is that we have had and we are
[1054.0-1058.5] now, let's say, compartmentalized right now with a focus. One part of us is
[1058.5-1062.0] focused. That's right. In time, space and the other parts of us are not focused.
[1062.0-1066.5] That's right. But then so you need a little help to fix the sore toe. Well,
[1066.9-1075.4] one of your life personalities 20,000 years ago knows all about fixing sore
[1075.4-1075.9] toes.
[1076.2-1078.2] How do we get in touch with them? What focus?
[1078.3-1080.0] Well, that comes out of 21.
[1080.1-1081.2] That's focus 21.
[1082.0-1086.9] Other worlds, other beings, what are we looking at then there?
[1086.9-1091.9] Well, what you're looking at, first of all, are the multitude of when you get
[1091.9-1097.4] into this non-physical area of being, states of being. The first thing you
[1097.4-1103.2] encounter, of course, is what we call the belief system territories, where one
[1103.3-1107.9] is attracted automatically after they exit here by this phasing process,
[1107.9-1111.4] because it's something familiar to them. And these are, of course, all of the
[1111.4-1117.9] various religions have a belief system that creates a state of being in this
[1117.9-1122.3] non-physical area, this non-physical part of this consciousness continuum.
[1122.4-1125.2] I know it sounds like a bunch of gobbledygots, but it's very simple.
[1125.6-1132.4] Does that mean that if you are a Christian, you will come across saints
[1132.4-1135.5] and perhaps Jesus, the Christ, etc?
[1135.7-1140.8] All of that, yes. That is one large part of this consciousness spectrum.
[1140.9-1141.5] All right, now that is...
[1141.5-1143.9] Oh, Buddhism, so is Islam, all sorts of it.
[1144.1-1147.6] And then you're saying to me that there are people who do not have belief systems,
[1147.6-1150.2] let's say, for example, an atheist or an existentialist...
[1150.2-1151.4] No, they don't have to be that.
[1151.4-1156.5] They get... their intellect grows to a point where that's not enough.
[1156.6-1160.1] Would you like to spend all eternity lying on a cloud and strumming a harp?
[1160.2-1161.0] Absolutely not.
[1163.6-1167.4] If you can get... and there are a lot of people who... more people than you
[1167.4-1171.6] care to think that are not... let's call it entrapped in belief systems.
[1171.8-1176.5] Then I get around to the basis of what's so stimulating and exciting about the
[1176.5-1179.4] out of body experience and becoming proficient at it.
[1179.6-1185.6] You realize there are a myriad of other options and most of them make
[1185.6-1187.3] the belief systems look rather silly.
[1187.6-1191.5] Those options are so broad and so detailed.
[1191.9-1195.4] I can give you option number one, which is a very, very common one.
[1195.6-1197.9] And that's to recycle and have another lifetime here.
[1198.3-1200.0] All of us do that many, many times.
[1230.0-1234.6] So, but you see, that is an option to come back, and each of us probably does that several
[1234.6-1237.2] thousand times to give you an idea.
[1237.2-1242.2] That's one option, to come back and recycle, and setting the belief systems aside.
[1242.2-1248.8] Then you've got this great span of the whole physical universe, and you can go and live
[1248.8-1254.3] another type of intelligent life on some other planet, six million light years from here,
[1254.3-1255.7] or something like that.
[1255.7-1261.4] We know of about five anyway already, but mind you, these are not human forms.
[1261.4-1263.0] That's the interesting thing to realize.
[1263.0-1266.5] They're nicely planned and nicely organized, very beautiful design.
[1266.5-1270.4] In their world, these are the dominant species, just as we are the dominant species here on
[1270.4-1271.4] Earth.
[1271.4-1273.4] So, really, they're the top of the chain in that particular place?
[1273.4-1274.4] That's true.
[1274.4-1278.6] So, you say, I'm trying to answer that fundamental question, what would you do with being able
[1278.6-1282.6] to willfully, consciously control and move in the out-of-body state?
[1282.6-1285.2] You can pre-explore all these things before.
[1285.2-1289.1] You do have a physical exit here, so do you have a pretty good idea what you'd like to
[1289.1-1291.5] do next before you are forced to do this?
[1291.5-1295.6] So, after you've exhausted the physical universe, which may take an eternity if you want to
[1295.6-1298.7] get addicted there, can you see how easy you get addicted?
[1298.7-1304.8] The point is that these various other intelligent species, and I guess that's the word, as we
[1304.8-1314.7] are, frankly, you know what the real migration is?
[1314.7-1315.7] We become bored.
[1315.7-1318.5] You can say, how could you possibly become bored?
[1318.5-1324.2] Because you realize that you could become involved here forever in finding out each electron
[1324.2-1328.0] and each biological energy goes on endlessly.
[1328.0-1332.5] So, if you get a good sampling of it, you find almost that, well, this is where I came in.
[1332.5-1335.0] It's a repeating cycle.
[1335.0-1339.3] And then, of course, the thing you're probably waiting for is, what do you do in a non-physical
[1339.3-1342.2] sense?
[1342.2-1350.8] Because one of the things that you graduate of this becomes the equivalent of a God in
[1350.8-1362.0] the things that we learn so naturally, we think are exquisitely valuable.
[1362.0-1366.1] As such, the temptation gets very great, not to be a God, but to do things in these
[1366.1-1370.9] other energy systems.
[1370.9-1375.0] You pick up a cup of coffee and put it down again.
[1375.0-1379.9] That is a manipulation of energy, mechanical energy, electrical energy, and chemical energy,
[1379.9-1380.9] all connected with it.
[1380.9-1386.1] The kinds of things can be applied in other kinds of energy.
[1386.1-1387.1] Can you see?
[1387.1-1395.7] And the other system that we live in, well, everybody owns measurement.
[1395.7-1407.7] So we have environment, good and bad, or constructive or destructive, whatever labels you want to
[1407.7-1413.7] put.
[1413.7-1421.1] Measurement, that polarity measurement system, again, is very, very valuable in evaluation.
[1421.1-1425.9] What we really have most of all, that we take with us, and we do take it with you, is
[1425.9-1427.3] the thing we came to get.
