[962.1-968.0] Incidentally, recent studies show that 25% of the world population can [968.0-971.8] remember at least one of such experiences in their lifetime. So it's [971.8-980.6] really, and as one might say. Did you say 25%? Yeah, 25%. And we in our [980.6-984.6] research, we take the position that everyone does this during sleep, they [984.6-994.0] simply don't remember it. And so this... Go ahead, Bob. In this [994.0-997.6] out-of-bout state, you do have complete consciousness with the ability to [997.6-1003.5] sit still logistically, to access memory, to experience emotion, to process [1003.5-1011.2] information, and to think reflectively and intuitively, to the body or physical [1011.2-1017.9] interest stimulus. This isn't what it is. It's very... Do you have any temporal [1017.9-1023.4] thoughts? Like, gee, I got to pick up my dry cleaning tomorrow? [1023.4-1030.4] Is this what we call the near reaches state, which is in terms of being within [1030.4-1036.8] present time, space, memory, too, for the... continue in your perception, that type of [1036.8-1042.2] memory that you have this... especially when you say, I have to get back. I see. [1042.2-1046.5] Describe for us, you talk about three different locales that you have [1046.5-1051.3] experienced, locale one, two, and three. Has that expanded since your first book? [1051.4-1055.6] We have narrowed them... either narrowed them down or broadened them, depending upon [1055.6-1082.7] what one thinks, in time, space. In any desired destination, you can from one foot per hour [1082.7-1087.6] to, say, the speed of light or greater. There, you can observe your own physical [1087.6-1094.0] body and the position you left it from any direction, which you move to. [1094.0-1098.6] And you can move to matter-in-law, however, if you move slowly enough, [1098.6-1103.7] you're able to feel and identify the actual text of the physical matter you're [1103.7-1111.3] moving to. Say, communication with personally awake and active in their [1111.3-1117.5] bodies is primarily initially limited to a situation with an apparent portion of [1117.5-1128.7] their state that's not available, or by your... that you cannot offense [1128.7-1135.7] particularly that you observe or participate in any matter that you... [1135.7-1137.1] Mm-hmm. [1137.1-1139.6] Now, that's in that near reaches state. [1139.6-1140.8] What are the other states? [1140.8-1146.8] Well, what we call far reaches, which is anything other than that. And when we say [1146.9-1154.8] far reaches, we say not the limitation of time. And this is the thing that one has, [1154.8-1158.7] certain things one has to learn to be able to form this out about him. [1158.7-1171.8] Not going beyond that, because you can get outside of... [1171.8-1181.0] Let's take a call, Bob. [1181.0-1182.8] All right. [1182.8-1184.1] Forrest, go ahead to Bob. [1184.1-1187.4] And would you please tell, would you please tell if you wanted to go to Japan [1187.4-1194.0] and be in the palace or any place like that? Would you be able to understand the language? [1194.0-1200.0] I probably would not understand the language. [1200.0-1209.3] What we call the nonverbal communication of a person there. They could not. [1209.3-1213.2] In other words, this couldn't be used for spying or... [1213.2-1217.8] Well, not very well under those conditions. [1217.8-1222.3] Because I was wondering whether the Russians were playing around with this sort of thing, [1222.3-1227.0] and I was wondering if they went to a foreign country they'd have to understand the language. [1227.0-1234.2] We've had a lot of discussion through the years about that particular possibility. And the [1234.2-1241.9] things that one... the overview that one needs to develop in order to achieve this state gets [1241.9-1254.8] in the way of using it for any mundane thing, just looking in on something like that. And [1254.8-1263.7] we think that's why if they try to train in that same manner, we feel they hit that same [1263.7-1265.3] cross... [1265.3-1266.5] They would? [1266.5-1267.5] Well, that's our position, yes. [1267.5-1271.8] Well, now, for instance, if you went off to another galaxy, have you done so? [1271.8-1272.8] Yes. [1272.8-1276.7] Well, are there people there that look like us? [1276.7-1277.7] Not exactly. [1277.7-1282.4] Well, would you have any trouble getting back to your body from an area like that? [1282.4-1290.8] No. We have... over the years, we've developed a very careful system that we've trained [1290.8-1297.5] a lot of people in this already. Obvious that problem. We always know how to get back. [1297.5-1298.5] You do? [1298.5-1299.5] Yes, he's... [1299.5-1304.5] Well, now, these people that you would see in another galaxy, you say they don't look [1304.5-1305.5] like us? [1305.5-1306.5] Well, some do, some don't. [1306.5-1309.8] Is there any way of communication with them? [1309.8-1313.7] We have not encountered any other humans, I'll put it that way. [1313.7-1315.7] Can you commune with them in language in any way? [1315.7-1317.7] It's what we call nonverbal communication. [1317.7-1319.7] But you do get the message? [1319.7-1321.8] Oh, yes, very much so. [1321.8-1325.6] Well, are you going to write a book and tell us anything about your experiences and what [1325.6-1327.6] they have to say about our world? [1327.6-1331.8] We have done that with this new book. [1331.8-1332.8] The new book? [1332.8-1333.8] Yes. [1333.8-1335.8] I see. We can expect to find that new book. [1335.8-1338.4] You'll have a pretty good part of it, anyway. [1338.4-1339.4] Oh, that's good. [1339.4-1344.0] Thank you, Florence. Florence's line is open, the number to call is 731-9192. [1344.0-1350.3] Bob, in far reaches, you also have contact with spirit entities. [1350.3-1353.1] If you want to call us that, yes. [1353.1-1354.1] What would you call them? [1354.1-1369.5] And you can say that's a difficulty in semantics a lot by using historically. [1369.5-1385.5] And spirit is not exactly the way we find it. [1385.5-1390.0] How does this experience happen, Bob? Do you actually leave your body or is this [1390.0-1392.6] happening on the inner realms within your own being? [1392.6-1404.5] In our ability to say, well, it's a measurable thing. [1404.5-1415.4] We can in turn... [1415.4-1417.4] A weight loss during this experience? [1417.4-1422.7] And we've done that type of measurement quite carefully because that was one of the early [1422.7-1425.2] questions. [1425.2-1443.0] We've also been able to determine that in another room under... [1443.0-1444.0] It's fascinating. [1444.0-1449.3] And you're able to get to other galaxies then because your thought, whatever your thought [1449.3-1450.4] is, that's where you end up. [1450.4-1451.4] Is that correct? [1451.4-1454.0] That's one of the problems that's not quite that easy. [1454.0-1463.9] Sadly, some addresses that were as to your destination, which we have done an awful lot [1463.9-1465.5] of. [1465.5-1472.3] Let's go out so that we develop. [1472.3-1479.8] Let's take another call. [1479.8-1482.1] Lauren, go ahead to Bob. [1482.1-1489.1] I was wondering what would be the easiest way for a person to bring an extraterrestrial [1489.1-1491.3] himself? [1491.3-1494.1] How would you go about it? [1494.1-1517.2] Well, the simplest way, say, is a great deal in our laboratory, which is train people [1517.2-1520.6] to get into something more than... [1520.6-1526.0] It's an enhanced state of consciousness, not necessarily an altered one, and there's a [1526.0-1527.0] difference. [1527.0-1529.5] You keep the consciousness you have and you add to it. [1529.5-1536.1] That point is for some people, and I'm talking about both 35 to 40% of the people that we [1536.1-1543.0] work with, are able to then assess communication with what might be class of extraterrestrial [1543.0-1544.4] beings. [1544.4-1545.8] Lauren, thank you for your call. [1545.8-1546.8] Okay, thank you. [1546.8-1552.0] Lauren's line is open at 7319192, and we'll be back with Bob Monroe right after these [1552.0-1554.5] messages. [1554.5-1556.2] Presenting the king. [1556.2-1559.8] As the king of carpet king, a lot of people ask me how carpet king can offer such high [1559.8-1562.1] quality carpet at such low prices. [1562.1-1563.1] There's no secret. [1563.1-1566.6] Because I'm the king, I can command great deals from manufacturers and pass the savings [1566.6-1567.6] on to you. [1567.6-1569.0] And look at my king-size showroom. [1569.0-1571.8] High volume and low overhead means even more savings. [1571.8-1574.4] And of course, I like to offer generous discounts. [1574.4-1576.1] It's fun being the king. [1597.5-1601.5] Why not exchange free rent for that extra room for the security of another person in [1601.5-1604.9] the house, and perhaps have your evening meal prepared? [1604.9-1609.1] One Vancouver Home Sharer is at 733-2310. [1609.1-1612.9] That's 733-2310. [1612.9-1615.8] What kind of world would you like to live in? [1615.8-1619.6] What exciting possibilities exist for ourselves and our planet? [1619.6-1624.0] And what innovative products, services, and practices are opening new doors to us right [1624.0-1625.2] now? [1625.2-1628.4] You can find the answers on the pages of Common Ground. [1628.4-1632.1] It's a magazine for now, but with a vision for the future. [1632.1-1636.5] Common Ground combines challenging articles about contemporary issues with a directory [1636.5-1639.7] offering people tools for a better life. [1663.0-1670.9] That number once again is 733-4415 for Common Ground and commonly useful. [1670.9-1678.2] You're tuned to the Quest Live with Peter Weisbach on CJO-1, the number to call, 731-9192. [1678.2-1682.9] Bob, how has this experience altered your life? [1682.9-1685.1] It's altered my life? [1685.1-1688.4] Yeah, in the sense of, I mean, what is reality to you now? [1688.4-1689.4] Is the waking state reality? [1689.4-1692.1] Of course, very much. [1692.1-1693.1] It is a reality. [1693.1-1700.6] I can see without much equivocation that's a change in my life, of course. [1700.6-1708.4] One of the first key things that did take place, I began to understand that one does [1708.4-1718.6] survive and that affects knowledge, not the belief, not the whole. [1718.6-1726.4] The knowing of that, I never thought of it much before, but the knowledge that one [1726.4-1734.1] does that with lets one live this particular life without many, many of the anxieties [1734.1-1740.7] that one normally has, especially about going old and dying or having an accident. [1740.7-1746.3] It doesn't make one any more risky, as it were, in their actions. [1746.3-1750.9] It does give you a great, great serenity. [1750.9-1755.7] Did it give you the answer to the question, what is the meaning of my life for the purpose [1755.7-1756.7] of my life? [1756.7-1762.0] It began to help that also, within some very surprising directions.
