[00:00:00] mjl for 3778 down a long tunnel then we seem to go through a place like we had to squeeze through Hans and I are running down a long tunnel how we walking along a road [00:00:30] nothing much is happening just walking along offering my greetings he smiles and says to say hello to you [00:01:00] good mhm you know about this other um gu that you mentioned I don't remember the name but um he knows anyway and uh his name is Miran Miran Miran yes he says we have a Brotherhood [00:01:30] um I take different forms ask him for the Brotherhood has a name [00:02:00] it's the order of it seems to be zo like zo o or zo o e I'm kind of rejecting it because it doesn't make any that's what he's saying that's fine I tried to get zodiac out of it but I don't think that's right take it just as it [00:02:30] is ask him if it is composed entirely of humans says no um I have people who have been human before and some who have been in the the um category of what we call Angels um [00:03:00] entities who have not lived on the Earth plane yes that's what I meant good but their goal is all the same to get closer to the Oneness as he described to me a few days ago yes MH [00:03:30] with the awareness that those entities in human form have to be brought closer to that Oneness so that all of the other levels can move upward ask him if it is possible for you to meet other members of that Brotherhood he said he's not she says it's possible [00:04:00] but um um it's like everyone has work to do and um well he says I do meet them in my sleep I leave and I work on an inner plane so I work with some of them but I haven't been able to bring back that memory [00:04:30] ask him then uh how he would properly Define uh the process we call sleep in say the average human being it has many properties um [00:05:00] for the sake of the physical body it's necessary for the processes to slow down but he says it's also necessary to be recharged and there's a process of recharging that goes on during [00:05:30] sleep how does that how does that process work I'm trying to get that good it seems that what I'm getting is that everyone leaves their body [00:06:00] um a certain amount uh maybe just for second um everyone doesn't have the work on the inner planes to do but the recharging is connected with the [00:06:30] astral body that leaves and it's like the the environment okay the the astral plane has a different kind kind [00:07:00] of of energy because it's a first step toward the higher ples and just experiencing that energy while outside of the physical body um create [00:07:30] a certain vibration that has a charging effect and people who who develop to a higher level move to a higher plane and are able to bring back more of that energy [00:08:00] and each with each level there is a different vibration does this uh departure from the physical even one second does that affect some recharging then yes very [00:08:30] good can he relate that process of Separation to any part of the way we know sleep in the stages of it where for example what we call Delta Sleep which is a very Kos sleep uh is this the point where this takes place or when the um it's the uh RAM slip um [00:09:00] usually in the very early beginning of moving into RAM the dream rapid eye movement that's where it takes place then and that's where the recharging takes very good he says it doesn't continue during the whole time that the human is in R um [00:09:30] sleep it's uh it's just momentary for some and more more highly evolved in individuals leave during that whole period of time what then how does he uh is the process of dreaming uh as we understand it or is it something different [00:10:00] the process of dreaming is as we understand it in terms of of the different uses of Dreams it's a kind of a clearing house for the days activities or the week's activities as a release of emotions um but what is not generally understand is [00:10:30] the understood although it's beginning to be more understood uh is the actual process of leaving the body um he's telling me that that my own personal observations have been accurate in terms of perceiving a different quality in a [00:11:00] dream that indicates an outof body experience as opposed to um activation of a memory or um a precognitive flash which is another thing I mean he says it's the same thing is activation of a memory because it's memory forward instead of backward and it does m i mean in his terms it's all [00:11:30] the same um there's a quality about an outof body experience that can be remembered that is qualitatively different from other aspects of dreaming sometimes it uh it's very much more Vivid it usually is more [00:12:00] um the experience is more deeply felt um it's not as many dreams are like one is watching a picture it's very bright and and being very much a part of it he says again this is something that is often hard to [00:12:30] verbalize but that my own intuitive observations have been absolutely accurate very good mhm he mentioned that uh the precognitive uh dream taking place or that it is the same as a forward memory mhm uh in the question of of having such uh [00:13:00] uh Prem memory as it were how then can we we possibly uh is it possible to set up stages of Prem memory like that it says that's just a matter of the continued process of developing um [00:13:30] that as we develop our Consciousness to a wider level of awareness um we can actually move into as I am now into very easily into a space of [00:14:00] no time and so that if we focus and we learn to we practice to focus on some specific event then that will be we'll be able to be aware of that but he reminds me that there is so much going on at once that um [00:14:30] the human mind is protected because of the frailties without the proper development to tune into everything that's happening at once it would be a shattering experience the Mind might be irreparably damaged [00:15:00] so we're protected we have built-in protection um we well he's telling me something about Steven right now part of what happened um with his mind was that he was so highly evolved and so highly [00:15:30] sensitive that I pushed at one time harder than than he was able his physical mind was able to handle so there were like breakdowns in the protective mechanisms so too much it came through [00:16:00] at once and he's using that as an example one type of example there are other examples in which people become completely psychotic irreparably um insane uh when there's more leakage and more um less of the protection um and [00:16:30] some of the U drugs particularly the while the variety of psychotropic drugs are useful for opening but also very dangerous what are the warning signs that uh May indicate the danger of such an overload as it were sometimes there'll be [00:17:00] a a seeming block for example if there's someone who has been very open well he said he's use he could use me as an example that if I I am now able to tune in very easily to other planes and other levels of consciousness and uh [00:17:30] I will sometime be available to to both both planes at the same time they're easily able to switch back he says back and forth I'm nearly at that level now um the IFI should at some time feel as if I were cut off as if [00:18:00] um he says as if I couldn't reach him a little bit like I felt right after Steven died in a kind of a disoriented um place that that is my body warning me to be careful to to rest to um be open but not not to concern myself [00:18:30] with pressing to relate to either plane to simply be like in a state of nothingness and then it will just go away but that if at that time I pushed and pushed and um as I was tempted to do when I think about it a little bit to just sit in long hours of meditation um I could push over into this area [00:19:00] where there wouldn't be no protection so I guess if we talk about generalizing it has to do with learning to be more sensitive to one's own instrument and Hans is saying that this is something I can help other people very much um he's going back again to what we talked about last evening in [00:19:30] terms of my working with people who are doing this kind of exploration work yes um that my own sensitivity to this process can be helpful and encouraging and possibly prevent people pushing through barriers that are there for their [00:20:00] protection so therefore when there's an automatic turnoff process that that should not be pushed that should be honored I see very good MH so this is sort of a u a design factor as it were where uh we encounter someone who has difficulty with that we should let it go naturally as against pushing mhm but [00:20:30] there's a there's a difference again it comes to the experience and the sensitivity of knowing which it is of knowing if it's a resistant setup uh by the party because of fear um mostly because of fear but there may be other emotions um so it's a question it's not an across the board thing he [00:21:00] says um it's um probing has to be done individual probing but he says if it's going to be if this kind of thing is going to be approached and handled um in a broad scope um it would be best to follow that generalization that you just stated it [00:21:30] would be best to um simply not push when some barrier seems to arise but he's telling me personally that I can learn to differentiate that I already know how to differentiate between a self-imposed uh ego type barrier and one that is a protective barrier for the mechanism f [00:22:00] wonderful uh is picking up another small part of uh is all mental illness related to this breakdown of barrier is that a good generalization no uh most psycho I states are related to this [00:22:30] barrier but there are types of mental illness that are self-imposed um particularly catatonic States uh that either are well they all have a karmic these particular self-imposed [00:23:00] states have a karmic um connection um let me see if I can get more information about that good well it seems that there are categories of mental illness that such [00:23:30] as psychotic depression or catatonic states that are a reaction of the individual to to his own [00:24:00] process his own assumption or lack of assumption of responsibility he says it it appears over a long term when we look at this sort of thing it's [00:24:30] not just although it may be in individual lifetime it's usually a reaction to something that was put into operation in another lifetime by that entity he um it has to do with the cause and effect so that's where the choice Factor comes in sometimes we see it as simply making a choice in this lifetime [00:25:00] to to withdraw from the struggle and it is a conscious choice but he's saying that it is rare if ever that that this choice is made fully in this lifetime it's like a tendency in that direction has already been [00:25:30] established good the um uh what posture should we who try to help uh take in the case where the barrier is broken or where it is a a self-imposed what do we do in these cases what stance should we take well the first thing is to understand um have a human [00:26:00] compassion um and to realize that these people are not consciously behaving in this manner even though that some of the group have some Choice it isn't a conscious on a conscious level choice so we must be compassionate first of all um [00:26:30] he says there's really very little that can be done in the sense of of actively making healing these people uh the people where they barriers have been broken through where there's some leakage um some of them are irreparable others with the proper rest and a complete lack of pressure of any
