Session 4: Pushing Out
Summary: Trying to make contact. If we call them they will respond. Engage in a dialogue,
dismiss your fear. Being able to hear their response and to verbalize. This is a skill to be
developed. Bob states, “I always want to know what we're really doing here in this physical
matter reality, where we appear to be confined to bodies and limited in our abilities, what are
we doing here? And how can we hasten the process of change.” The entities attempt to break
through but Rita can not get out of the way.
