[0.0-4.2] It seemed like a whole series of conversations that made no sense to me. [4.2-7.5] DRO for 1-877. [7.5-14.3] They were English and so on, but things, little disjointed statements like, [14.3-18.3] take four out of five. [18.3-23.1] There was just a series of flesh, all kinds of different things. [23.1-27.2] Rum and numerals, and then there was this long time period where I was watching this [27.2-34.9] color television set in a hotel room. [34.9-46.7] The picture on the set was of green, just the color on it was unreal compared to real life. [46.7-55.6] I sort of went through the set, the screen of the set into this vivid greens and mountain, [55.6-61.8] it might even be around here, but it was just super vivid. [61.8-72.0] So when I first got in the booth, I heard the tone before you ever put anything in there, [72.0-81.0] like up behind my head somewhere I heard that tone about the same thing, four cycle tone. [81.0-88.8] And then I thought I heard a conversation between you, and I don't know what it was, I just [88.8-94.9] thought I heard the intonation of your voice, but I couldn't bring out the words way back [94.9-95.9] in the background. [95.9-124.0] It's all of, looks like giant drills, like about 12 of them pointing towards my feet, [124.0-133.2] up above my head, like some sort of giant turning, huge, some kind of relationship between [133.2-134.4] them. [134.4-147.9] I'm moving, but not moving. [147.9-153.5] And so I'll just move. [153.5-155.3] It's out my feet. [155.3-160.3] I mean, that's the sensation of the flow of it. [160.3-177.7] It feels like particles rather than air. [177.7-190.2] It's like the particles from the wishing noise in the headphones. [190.2-195.0] It's almost as if they are dependent upon keeping me floating. [195.0-208.5] There seems to be some purpose for this. [208.5-216.1] I don't know what it is, maybe a cleansing of some kind, but it's hitting me like, [216.3-223.6] for instance, right now it seems like the joints, like my knee joints in the back, I feel [223.6-225.1] it especially strongly there. [226.5-256.8] And I got it that it is cleansing and that there's a lot of stuff to get rid of. [257.5-266.6] There's a lot of, for some reason, there's a lot of gunk to get rid of on the underside [266.6-283.8] of my body, the backside, and that the rushing, the feeling of motion will slow down as the [283.8-285.2] gunk goes away. [285.2-288.2] And it is evening out. [288.2-293.5] It's not so much a feeling of particles impacting against my body. [293.5-300.5] It's also the sensation of being at 45 degree angles over and I feel like I'm floating just [300.5-315.0] flat feeling. [315.0-325.1] I don't hear like through my ears, maybe my imagination, but I have to say it, I feel like [325.1-340.2] this cleansing process is necessary for anybody that helps to get very far away from the physical. [340.2-350.4] It's going, it's an oddest feeling. [350.4-356.4] I'm getting that it might take many, many, many sessions of this type of cleansing where [356.4-363.4] I can accurately pick up what's coming to me. [376.3-382.5] It's an oddest feeling just like you were submerged from the center line of your body down in [382.5-405.6] water or something and that the top part's just not even being touched. [405.6-410.6] You yourself can do to improve this communication process. [410.6-416.5] Okay. [416.5-427.1] Giant hand, could it be a left hand, I'm an human being and it's white and ghostly [427.1-431.4] looking and it's huge, about the size of the whole booth and it just went scraped, [431.4-436.3] scraped through my body about five times, not, just went right through it. [436.3-440.1] Just kind of, I'm still waiting for some kind of concept. [440.1-444.1] I mean words to, that was the answer to my question. [444.1-481.3] I get the word listen, I'm seeing these shapes that I don't recognize look like objects [481.3-482.3] or something. [482.3-488.3] They're not physical objects that they have form. [488.3-497.1] It's like they don't come clear into my mind, they're just like shadows or something. [497.1-505.6] Words that listening involves letting go of thinking. [505.6-525.8] Listening involves as often as possible letting go of any attempt to correlate, rather, to [525.8-532.3] experience what is happening rather than trying to categorize and analyze and put into [532.3-534.0] words. [534.0-549.6] To listen is to tune out all the analytical processes as much as possible and just let [549.6-563.9] what comes come as much as possible because the analytical process keeps it blocked, keeps [563.9-571.4] it in some way. [571.4-576.2] Getting the picture of like it, it's like it takes a picture of what's happening and [576.2-581.4] the picture is already, the picture is not true. [581.4-586.6] The picture is a snapshot of that instant of time and what's actually happening is a [586.6-597.8] continuous process, so it's much better not to form concepts or pictures just to experience. [597.8-624.5] That's what listening is all about. [624.5-633.1] When you said that question, the source, David came right up, just big letters, diet, David [633.1-645.1] is the source of all of this. [645.1-668.1] Big feeling is stopped and I feel clamped, there's a pressure against going the way. [668.1-677.1] So pressure against expanding anymore, there's something that I feel like I like to expand [677.1-682.0] through it or blow it up or whatever it is. [682.0-708.4] I guess it's tense, I feel tense somehow, yet I feel relaxed at the same time. [708.4-723.3] That I cause the clamp. [723.3-729.3] Getting mental pictures of myself struggling like I'm in chains or like I'm in a very [729.3-749.3] confined space I'm trying to break out of and I'm working on how do I do it. [749.3-756.1] That my emotions are blocked, got that I, the first words that came were that you should [756.1-767.3] cry more, you should let your emotions flow out, you should let them be spontaneous rather [767.3-768.3] than contrived. [768.3-782.8] I appreciate when I think about that, I've always tried to withhold my emotions of tears [782.8-804.2] or that kind of thing or just to let myself do that but that seems like another problem [804.2-811.7] because it seems like I could but it would seem, to me it would be, I don't know which [811.7-813.3] way to go to do that. [813.3-820.1] There's a lot of emotion that's pinned up, that's damned up, that's a lot of feeling, [820.1-828.7] a lot of resentment, anger, etc. that's not been allowed to get anywhere and it just hovers [828.7-839.1] there it just builds up and what to do is let it go. [839.1-868.4] There's no quick way, there's no one answer to that, there's only continue to chip away [868.4-876.9] at that rock hard. [876.9-887.0] I keep getting pictures of rocks breaking open and dams and things like that, things [887.0-899.8] that are holding in, I don't know, I'm getting in touch with the fact that if I...
